So WHF was empty of occupants when the poor dog was running around barking when gunshots were going off ?

WHO, other than the victims and the shooter were present? Sheila was allegedly fond of him -didn't she have one similar for a birthday?- so Sheila was highly unlikely to have shot him, ergo, Jeremy couldn't shoot him even though he hated the dog. You deliberately try to shift the locus of the point in question when you have no response to it.

Dog lover ? To put the animal through all that ? Then nobody wanted the poor thing after it had suffered such a trauma ?

Jeremy Bamber put the dog "through all that!" Open your eyes

What concern did he ever show to Crispy or indeed anyone. He was only ever concerned about himself not dissimilar to others I know

Well if he killed all the family he supposedly hated, why not the dog he hated as well. After he had killed the family he would have had time to kill the dog so it wouldn't have needed to be in the first 10 shots.

He  didn't kill them simply because he hated them, he killed them to inherit, what was he going to inherit from the dog? He could easily take care of the dog later - and DID! He also had to think about time - chasing a dog around the house really wasn't part of the plan,

Until your mood changes,eh ?

What "mood" is that then Lookout?

Are you referring to a time when Simon Hall's guilt was being exposed on this forum and when he confessed and hung himself?

Yes my "mood" was quite different back then but most people with a modicum of common sense would surely understand why.

In his defence, he states there was a conversation going on that night in the kitchen regarding fostering of the twins. This wasn't thought through too well because Colin and Sheila had joint custody of the twins, therefore as Colin states in his WS this would not have been possible.

That is incorrect.

I quote from the statement by Collins mother taken on 29/9/85 page 5

"I remember just after Sheila's second illness, I spoke to June BAMBER on the phone. She conveyed to me then of her concern that through Sheila's illness, the boys might be put into foster homes."

But it's not support which is objected to. It's the means resorted to in order to further it.

How is it incorrect? June may have had fears, but that doesn't mean fostering was possible and June was CONCERNED that they might end up being fostered, whereas Jeremy stated that June seemed all for it. It is opposite to what she said to Colin's mother, she didn't want them to be fostered!

Yet ANOTHER MASSISVE Slip up on Bambers behalf, which thankfully the police saw straight through
