What happened to Crispy Adam? Didn't Bamber take him into a field to shoot him?

Why waste time killing the dog? Small target moving quickly would be a waste of ammo.

but he had all the time he wanted and all the ammo he wanted.

Would Sheila have shot the dog? What do you think Jeremy Bambers plans were? Wouldn't shooting the dog have given the police more reason to suspect him?

Good point

He would have known the history building up with regards Sheila and he would have thought through how the police would have perceived the state of her mental health along with evidence at the crime scene. All he had to do was set the scene and feed the police his story.

This was a premeditated murder. He was waiting for the right time to carry out his plans. He would have already gathered enough circumstantial evidence in order to help give him plausible deniability and to finger Sheila.

In his defence, he states there was a conversation going on that night in the kitchen regarding fostering of the twins. This wasn't thought through too well because Colin and Sheila had joint custody of the twins, therefore as Colin states in his WS this would not have been possible.

Fair enough but It doesn't mean that the possibility wasn't discussed though.

What I don't think he'd thought of was that his father would put up such a fight and that he ended up needing to shoot Sheila twice.

Welcome to the forum by the way  ;D

Thanks  :)

I've asked that often. It would have been the first thing an intended murderer would have done.

NOT if the murderer was in the mindset of the person he wanted to be blamed for the murders, especially if THAT person was a dog lover.

Dog lover ? To put the animal through all that ? Then nobody wanted the poor thing after it had suffered such a trauma ?

so people would belive that she would kill her own children but wouldent belive that she would bump a dog off

No! Jeremy wasn't a dog lover. THAT'S my point. Jeremy HATED the dog. Jeremy would have happily shot it. But it was supposed to look as if SHEILA had done the shooting, Sheila probably WOULDN'T have shot the dog.

You're deflecting. "ALL of them" weren't there.

A) Crispy wasn't part of the inheritance chain

B) Sheila would have been unlikely to shoot him and it was supposed to look like Sheila's work.

Yet more crucial FACTS ignored by those supporting claims of innocence and yet further points Bamber hadn't considered

So WHF was empty of occupants when the poor dog was running around barking when gunshots were going off ?

Ignored because there's no feasible response to it.

Bamber told the police on the night he didn't want Crispy as it would mess up his stereo equipment.

He told the police to get rid of it or kill it.

So he metaphorically murdered the dog too

Between 3.10am - 3.48am Sheila was too busy -

Finding the bible.

Reading the bible.

Writing a suicide note.

Having a shower.

Getting changed.

Killing 4 humans with 24 shots.

Fighting a man twice as big as her.

Burning Nevill's back.

To be concerned about chasing after Crispy. Well at least that is the impression Bamber tried to create.

And don't forget to add the fact she was menstruating Adam. Imp this is a crucial factor in relation to her demeanour/behaviour and I'm sure others will agree with me
