This is a very odd request made by Ann Eaton to the EP and hints at something sinister.
What purpose is served by Ann Eaton knowing who the CCRC members were? What does she intend to do with this information?
Why are EP indulging this request and making enquiries on her behalf resulting in them giving Ann Eaton the requested information?

Perhaps she wanted to write to them all personally...................to thank them for the work they've done.

It probably stems from the fact that her late father,RWB had pals ( Carrs ) in the Met also, and who passed on what information they could find about the Bamber case to" fuel " RWB's argument. Sinister is right ! It runs in the family.
This WAS a case of who they knew. The family had free rein.

Not only did EP make these enquiries for Ann Eaton but they also telephoned the CCRC to confirm the members names.
What legitimate reason does Ann Eaton have to require this information?

EP certainly seem to be much more co-operative with requests for information from AE than they do with any requests from JB or his representatives.

If this had been done surreptitiously, there MIGHT be cause to question it -although I don't know that there's any law in place preventing her from writing to whomsoever she pleases- but as this seems to be in the public domain, there appears NOT to be anything underhand, other than what's in the minds of those who are longing to find something underhand.

JB is a convicted criminal. AE isn't. Can you not see the difference?

I doubt that ANYTHING which finds its way onto this forum has EVER been confidential.

Especially as JB's legal team can't even receive documents requested via a court order !

Then again, those who believe in JB's guilt wouldn't see anything wrong with issues of this sort regarding legalities.
