yes it is, just like he knew there was money in the safe before he decided to rob the caravan park to test security and poor Anne had to deal with the aftermath while Jeremy spent the money.  He probably forgot he had robbed it.

But don't forget it's never been proven he knew the contents of the wallet on the night in question. It's simply a claim made by Ann Eaton (who took the wallet). Since RWB and AE had the wallet in their possession. They could easily make up that Jeremy knew the contents after counting the contents themselves.

I'm afraid this doesn't make Bamber innocent & doesn't undermine AE.

It undermines Bamber more as he was obviously looking to illegally take the wallet to finance his jolly ups. AE gave the wallet to BC.
