Bonnett wrote "my guns" rather than "his guns", which is what one would expect if he'd been told Nevill's words to the police, as distinct from Nevill's words to Jeremy.

I totally agree with this.

Cops wouldn't even 'fess up to receiving a call from Neville Bamber, so why would they willingly supply a log containing his comments?

What becomes clear is that by 3.26am, PC West and Malcom Bonnett were both communicating with one another regarding the deployment of CA07 to the scene. There was obviously some sort of a delay between 3.26am and 3.35am before the occupants of CA07 were eventually deployed a delay of around 9 minutes! Not explained by CA07 crew or PC West and Malcom Bonnett!

PC Wests role in the 3.26am log was two fold (1) contact Malcom Bonnett to request police units to be deployed to the farm house, (2) to inform Malcom Bonnett after 3.36am, that Jeremy had called him to say He had received a call from Neville Bamber telling him that 'Sheila had the gun' and 'She was going berserk', before the line went dead! Malcom Bonnett duly made a note of this fact in his already existent 3.26am, Neville Bamber log!
