Cops shot Sheila with 100% certainty. They know it, and I know it. There are too many contradictions involving the body count downstairs and upstairs, involving the location of the rifle, and whether or not a silencer was fitted to the barrel of the rifle at the time Sheila was killed off by the fatal shot which penetrated into her brain!!!

Cops would not have staged her death scene, if she had taken her own life, that's a fact...

I have recently uncovered the identity of a second police photographer who was present inside whf on that first morning, someone other than PC 'David' Bird (SOCO), who took photographs with the bodies of victims 'still in situ'...

This second photographer is believed to have taken all the missing photographs not yet officially disclosed. The breakthrough came about after I started asking questions regarding who had taken the crime scene video footage at the scene with the bodies in situ? At a debriefing firearm officers were told to make up notes, reports, and statements, stating that the bodies of victims had been found where PC Bird had captured them on the video footage - but PC Bird did not take any video footage that morning, he only took photographs. The second photographer took the so called video footage, as well as taking some of the photographs, including two of Sheila's body on the bed, and one of Sheila's body on the bedroom floor with the barrel of the rifle resting against her neck. I now know who the other photographer was / is. I can also see why 'Ron' Cook deceived the court by testifying that there was only himself, 'DS Davidson', 'PC Bird', and 'DC Hammersley', present inside whf from 10 O'clock that morning. He lied, there were two other scenes of crime officers present, a 'DC Henderson', and a 'DC Oakey'...

'DC Henderson' took the video footage at the scene with the bodies 'insitu', and 'DC Oakey' took the two photographs of Sheila on the bed, minus the rifle, she sporting a single bullet wound to her throat, and he also took at least one photograph of the rifle with its barrel resting against the left hand side of her neck once Sheila's body had been moved to the floor, from the bed. Part of this truth was alluded to in PC 'David' Birds trial testimony...

Photograph No. 25 which shows the barrel of the rifle resting against the left hand side of Sheila Caffells neck, was taken by 'DC 'Oakey, not by PC Bird...

I shall take this opportunity to list all the disclosed photographs which show the rifle in possession of Sheila Caffells body - *25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33...

Now, this is also of some significance, because photograph No.25, was the very first photograph which was taken showing the rifle in the possession of Sheila, after the rifle had been brought to her body from the first floor window. You can tell that the position of the barrel in 'DC Oakey' photograph No. 25, is in a different position against the left side of Sheila's neck, as opposed to the position of the same barrel in the photographs taken by PC 'David' Bird. According to PC Bird (SOCO) he was not present when 'DC 'Oakey took photographs, numbered, 24 and 25, so PC Bird would not have seen where 'DC 'Oakey had obtained the rifle from? It is my belief that the said rifle had been resting against the main bedroom window, just prior to 'DC Oakey' having taken photograph 25, it having been placed there at the aforementioned window after Sheila had been shot beneath the point of the chin by use of the rifle. I am prepared to accept that the rifle had been resting against or near to a different first floor window, (possibly, the box room) prior to it being brought to Sheila's body and the fatal shot being discharged. Once the fatal shot had been discharged, it seems somewhat obvious that somebody took the rifle away from Sheila's body and placed it near the main bedroom window, where as I say, 'DC Oakey' collected it from, repositioned it on Sheila's body and that he then took photograph No. 25...

PC Bird had taken photograph No. 23 from a vantage point of the middle landing looking in the direction of the main bedroom window via the door, at a time which fell after Sheila had been killed by use of that rifle, and someone placing it against the main bedroom window. By the same token, PC Bird captured the rifle at the main bedroom window, prior to 'DC 'Oakey removing it from there, and Photographing it on the body of Sheila Caffell as in photograph, No. 25...

When PC Bird (SOCO) took his own photographs showing the rifle with Sheila's body, he adjusted the position of the gun with the body differently as opposed to the position of the rifles barrel resting against the left side of Sheila's neck, so that the end of the rifles barrel was positioned closer to the two wounds to the throat, and more in alignment than 'DC Oakey' photograph 25, which had the barrel resting against the left side of Sheila's neck...

I have therefore, managed to 'sequence' the following three crime scene photographs in the correct order, (23), followed by (25) which in turn led to (26) being taken. Where 23 and 26 were taken by PC 'David' Bird (SOCO), and 25 being taken by 'DC Oakey'...

Essex police sought to remove the involvement of 'DC Oakey' from being present and carrying out photographic duties at the scene on that first morning of the police investigation because to have told the truth that there were two SOC photographers inside the farmhouse that morning, not just PC Bird, and also another SOC photographer ('DC Henderson') who took video footage of the bodies in situ, would have amounted to the police shooting themselves in the foot over the staging of Sheila Caffells body, and the lies firearm officers have told by making false witness statements about finding Sheila's body in the position it was moved into and photographed/filmed, by 'PC Bird', 'DC Oakey', and 'DC Henderson'...

As I say, the evidence proving this to all be true, is contained in the three aforementioned crime scene photographs, and the trial transcript of PC 'David' Bird, who confirms that he did not take photograph No. 25, which he states was taken by 'DC Oakey'...

That is where these cops made a grave mistake, because 'DC Oakey' photographed the barrel of the rifle resting against the left side of Sheila Caffells neck (25), whereas, PC Bird arranged the rifle differently upon the body whilst taking photographs, 26, onward...

'DC Henderson (video), and 'DC 'Oakey (camera) were primarily present at the scene to record the ongoings, and the outcome, of 'informatives', which duly necessitated the disturbance of victims bodies, and the rifle from one first floor window (Jeapes sighting), to Sheila's body (resulting in her death), then back to the main bedroom window (23), before being returned to the body so as to permit 'DC 'Oakey' to take his photograph (25), rifle moved into different position on body in time for PC Bird to take photographs 26, onward...

What also now seems apparent, is that 'Ron' Cook (SOCO) spun the court a yarn about moving Sheila's right hand from the gun so as to supposedly enable PC Bird to photograph bloodied fingermarks on the front lower part of Sheila's nightdress. When all along the change in the position of Sheila's right arm and hand, was because the rifle was shifted from its position with its barrel resting against the left side of Sheila's neck, into a more prominent position slightly above the two entry wounds on her throat...

This leads me to suspect that the bloodied hand print on the front lower part of the nightdress was associated with the movement of Sheila's body, and the rifle by the police themselves, during 'informatives'...

Maybe what I have stumbled upon could be the catalyst which sends these convictions back to the court of appeal. The crime scene photographs certainly do not display the position of Sheila Caffells body, as it was found at 7.37am, nor at 8.44am when the police surgeon pronounced death. The rifle which purports to have been the weapon used to kill her was mysteriously resting against a first floor window (the Jeapes sighting), and was later (arguably) photographed leaning against the main bedroom window prior to PC Bird (SOCO) Photographing the same rifle on Sheila's body, as per photographs, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33, which took place after 'DC Oakey' had already brought the rifle to the body from the main bedroom window(23), to allow him to take photograph No. 25...

The jury were 'conned' into believing and accepting the premise that all the crime scene photographs that were taken showing the body of Sheila Caffell with the rifle firmly in her possession represented the true state of play, as it had been found at first entry by firearm officers into the farmhouse. This was never the case - the photographs in question show the position her body ended up in, after 'informatives' had been completed...

Jury were deliberately decieved, and that can't be right...

PC Bird got himself into a bit of a pickle whilst testifying regarding photograph No. 23 by wrongly saying that he took photograph No. 23 after he had already photographed the rifle upon Sheila's body (26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, and 33), which was not true, and he also stated that photograph 23 had been taken on the 23rd September, 1985 - but, again, this was plainly wrong, and could not possibly have been true because June Bambers hand can been seen in the doorway in photograph 23...
