I've lived long enough to know when someone is telling the truth or not. I don't make comparisons either as each person is an individual and not cloned.
You don't exactly have the proof that he's lying. You too cannot know for certain. Would you have said or thought differently if you hadn't had SH in your life ?
Lastly,I don't believe that I've ever been treated unfairly by anyone throughout my life, least of all exploited.
On the contrary,I've always been on the alert against exploitation because I hate the word and what it stands for.
Prior to Simon Hall's trial in 2003 a pre-trial assessment report was collated; just as it would have been for Jeremy Bamber.
It was concluded that Jeremy Bamber was a psychopath.
Simon Hall's report concluded he may have a dissocial personality disorder. Aka Anti-Social Personality disorder.
Like JB, SH was assessed in prison and another forensic psychologist concluded he did not have a disocial personailty disorder. SH was further assessed prior to and following his confession - both psychiatrist and forensic psychologist concluded he did not have mental health issues nor did he have a personality disorder.
Anti-social personality disorder and psychopathy have similar traits:
exploit, manipulate or violate the rights of others.
lack concern, regret or remorse about other people's distress.
behave irresponsibly and show disregard for normal social behaviour.
have difficulty sustaining long-term relationships.
be unable to control their anger.
There is no way SH did not have a personality disorder of some description and/or psychopathy.
He was 24 years old and according to his disclosures, his motive was to rape his victim. He said he took a knife from his victims kitchen drawer to frighten her - the biggest one he could find. He then disclosed his victim had heard him and came into the kitchen and asked him what he was doing. He said he panicked and stabbed her.
He said he stabbed his victim 4 times.
I am suggesting that just like in the case of SH, the prison 'experts' who assessed JB were wrong.
Following the death of SH it became apparent
all prison 'experts' who had assessed him did not have full knowledge of SH. They were unaware of numerous relevant factors about SH that could have helped them in their conclusions.
