I don't know why he would use a hack saw blade. He told the police he could easily enter and exit through several windows. I suspect it was used prior to the massacre to ensure a quiet entry on the night.

Have you forgotten they found no hack saw marks despite "thorough" investigations on the doors and windows for forced entry, several weeks after the massacre?

 They only found those hack saw marks after Jeremy had entered via that window in mid September. Like you said after the massacre

Yes they did do a very brief walk around WHF on the massacre night. All windows appeared to be shut.

After Bamber became a suspect they 'Bambers' hack saw. Which he said he used.

The top and bottom of it was that EP had NOTHING on JB as being a suspect,so it's obvious that a plan was devised involving the silencer/moderator,hoping that nobody would know anything about them. Being as a silencer wasn't used EP are up the creek and won't let go of vital " missing " files as they must now know that what is contained in them will blow the case wide open.

Adam. Where in your library can I find an explanation as to how Sheila can be dead for over 7 hours. But have no developed post mortem hypostasis, Non coagulated blood on her neck and lack of rigor mortis? Showing she was dead for around 2 hours at 9.30am?

EVERYONE wanted this case to be over as swiftly as possible. No doubt there were a few officers,etc coming up for retirement as after such a case they're immune to any reneging that has gone on once they're retired--------but a prisoner isn't, as even after all these years they can still remain charged as was.
What a sad indictment on our so-called justice system that an officer coming up for retirement can commit corruption,etc,with impunity and not be responsible for their actions once retired !!

Surely the quickest way for the case to be over would have been to keep it a murder/suicide.

It's in his police interviews. And he testified this.

It wasn't by the window. But in some long grass several metres away. The police found it by accident.
