If the said pens had " Joe Egg " written on them I'd still have bought them---------for MY own personal comfort. From someone who used to write a lot,using a" Waterman's", I found it quite a come-down writing with a common biro---------so there !!

I couldn't even scrape a potato last week because of the pain, just one of the inconveniences of ageing.

It wasn't as difficult to type as it was to write, when I had to sign for a parcel. Each time it flares up I have less use and strength in the hand,but I must keep it moving or it'll seize up altogether.

my mum's 76 and its the same for her ,living with pain is very hard
