The silencer is such a distraction. Focus on other things and you will be surprised what things you find once you dig deeper.

Or should I say silencers

I have already dug deeper, David. It does appear that even a majority of guilters are sceptical of the silencer evidence that was introduced in the court case and there is much evidence which leads many to believe that it is fabricated.
It would be interesting to see quite how much consensus there is on this one issue.

If it is fabricated it begs the question to who done it  ???

The silencer evidence has been debated thoroughly over many years on this forum. It also seems to be the only subject on which many of us, guilty and innocent posters alike, have some form of consensus, or so it appears.
It is a given that any posters who support innocence believe that the silencer evidence is fabricated but many guilty posters also seem to support this view. It would be interesting to see how many on the guilty side believe the silencer evidence.

Have you not read my recent threads. Or trying to pretend it does not exist ?

The silencer shows 100% that Bamber is guilty.

It was impossible for the relatives or police to frame Bamber with the silencer.

It is an outrageous and sick suggestion that law abiding citizens or the police would even think about doing  this. The relatives themselves said there was enough evidence without the silencer. They were right.

There are hundreds of pieces of forensic evidence showing Sheila is not the killer. Meaning it was Bamber, who had several motives, an opportunity, no alibi and made a ludicros claim that Neville phoned him, rounding the alive suspects down to one.  There is also a mountain of circumstantial evidence and several pre massacre witnesses. So no reason to fabricate the silencer.

Supporters and people who believe in lurid conspiricy theories optimistically claim that the silencer was fabficated as it shows 100% Bamber is guilty.  But have no evidence. A former supporter claims Stan Jones fabricated the silencer, but again has no proof.

You know all this.

I believe the silencer was fabricated BUT, I don't believe there was more than one passed off as one! What would be the point? It would just complicate things  as if they wouldn't have been complicated already!
