There were numerous errors and inconsistencies through out the SH case documents also.. This doesn't prove innocence...
It proves his innocence in this case, and in his circumstances, by virtue of the fact that its alleged admissibility during the trial was being strongly touted as the proof of his guilt. That is why the silencer evidence is so pivotal in Bambers case, you can't on the one hand say, oh, a silencer was used, it had Sheila's blood inside it, she couldn't have removed it after she had killed herself, and with the 7" silencer fitted to the rifles barrel the overall length of the weapon so configured would have made it too long for her to have shot herself even if she had wanted to. And then, once its accepted (as it surely will be) that the relatives, the cops, and even some key experts from the Home Office Lab' at Huntingdon, have all ' conspired' together to pervert the course of justice, by introducing a decoy second uncontaminated silencer into the mix, there can only be one outcome, and that will be to quash the convictions, and they had better get on with it sharphish, otherwise there will be hundreds of other cases queuing up to have their cases reviewed, if any of these conspirators had any involvement in their own prosecutions...
