Today we'd call it PTSD, but after Sheila's first abortion at 17 and no counselling or support given to my knowledge,it's not surprising that PMT would be a troublesome time ( hormones )
Abortion is a LOSS as were the miscarriages she had and enough to send any woman over the edge.

We learned that Sheila had a period during the tragedy and none of us knew how she'd felt about,or prior to that. Lots of women feel rough and  are also at their most vulnerable when the least thing goes wrong as they fly off the handle much quicker than they normally would.

You see you've contradicted yourself here:

You've even stated none of us knew how Sheila felt etc but your opening paragraph suggests you knew what she felt?

Can you really not see it?

No,I can't see it. I'd call it either nit-picking or splitting hairs on your behalf. Either way there's no contradiction in terms.
You really are neurotic aren't you ? Not your fault I don't suppose.

You CANNOT blame PMT because she wasn't pre menstrual. It's been confirmed that PMT ceases with the onset of menstruation.

Still  hormonal though,as it's such which causes mental issues in women if not recognised or treated.

Being said to be hormonal covers ALL women between puberty and menopause. That could be a huge amount of suspects in any murder case.

Yes there is!

It's there for all to see! Nothing to do with nit picking.

I've seen mentally ill and most are so down that they don't socialise in any way,and barely leave their homes let alone go to clubs and parties, etc. That would be the last thing on their minds. That's mentally ill. These poor souls can't be bothered about their appearance, let alone paint their nails or even think about enhancements of any sort. Yes,Sheila was crying out in a way,but went the wrong way about it as well as in the wrong direction because nobody understood her. Sadly,in the end,she made sure she'd be recognised and listened to. In other words her frustration built up like a pressure cooker and she blew.
The " shaking " bit with Sheila could have been the effects of noxious drugs and not prescribed medication as would have been mood swings which also occur before and during the PMT stages. Women are violent during PMT alone without  the added drugs to exacerbate it. Drug withdrawal encourages violence too, whether it be from prescribed or otherwise.
I'm not surprised that the Jeremy supporters cite Sheila's mental health as it is their strongest card. If only Jeremy were not in the picture I could agree with every word.

I speak in general terms Lookout but when someone has suffered pain they usually have two options - to process and digest it or to pass it on.

In time the processed suffering may transform into wisdom and compassion or it will continue to come out in ones character in other ways... Like aggression, abuse or in Jeremy Bambers case - murder!
