I often wondered whether it helped or hindered Jeremy's case that there was only the one doctor charged with diagnosing both June and Sheila's illness.

I'm using this as an example only - but would you be happy for say Jeremy Bamber to be released from prison in 5 minutes time in order to babysit your grandchildren?

Yes I would.

Her thoughts were shocking lookout and Jeremy was done a disservice at trial by his legal team, who should have made far more of her illness and the initial mistakes in the investgation, which might have distracted the jury's attention from other evidence damning to him.

Steve, simply "making more" of Sheila's illness doesn't signify that there was more to make and doesn't make her a murderer.

No it doesn't but didn't Carol Ann Lee interview Dr. Ferguson and she herself wrote as an appendage to one sentence only that Sheila believed she could kill her children. I have to ask why more wasn't made of this at trial?

It certainly is when they've done nothing.

You can't blame the prison authorities. It's not up to them who gets released.

And if you had the choice between Bamber and say Caroline or me, who would you choose?

Grow up for God's sake. What sort of a person would ask a question like that anyway ???

Steve, wasn't that during her first breakdown in 1983? I believe Dr Ferguson said she didn't refer to her family in 1985. In fact, in her letter to Ann she says she's missing them.

Steve, that's a question best avoided on here I'm afraid. Although, being in the minority,I agree with it.

It's Jeremy's strongest card and maybe the reason why to this day he is holding out, however much the impracticalities of Sheila being the perpetrator stare one in the face.

Telling anyone to "grow up" implies that you think they're childish/naive. I'd lay that at your feet for putting your trust in a murderer. I have NO idea what question it is you seem to think I've asked.
