Where has it been suggested Lookout is obsessive and by whom Susan - I cannot recall anyone saying this.

Steph  I cannot recall suggesting anyone had said lookout was obsessive sorry if my post came across as so it was not meant. What I should have said Lookout is quite intense about the case but not obsessive.

I hate being told what people think I am. It couldn't be further from the truth.I wouldn't insist to anyone that they were being manipulated by anyone. That in itself is manipulating that person into thinking that they are wrong in believing the opposite to what that manipulator is thinking.

My understanding of psychological manipulation, to which I presume you are referring, 'is a type of social influence that aims to change the behavior or perception of others through abusive, deceptive or underhanded tactics.' I was not doing this to you nor were others. No one was abusive no one was trying to deceive you and no one was being underhanded as far as I could see. The concern was genuine.

Well I can only apologise if I took things the wrong way, but I'm not used to people telling me what not to do and how not to do it as if it were themselves. I think I'm old enough and wiser enough to fathom out what is right and what is wrong.

I think you are right Lookout, but it is also the right of others to believe that you are being manipulated.

Of course. People can believe what they wish/want,but it doesn't mean that they're right in their beliefs.
