Are you quoting from a bible or are these your beliefs Adam?

So they aren't what you believe then?

Are you trying to show if Sheila had a faith in a god she wouldn't have murdered and ended her own life?

In summary.

There is no evidence Sheila read the bible.

If she did, the bible breaches that murder and suicide is wrong, and you should use you're faith to overcome problems.

There is no evidence that people read the pages the bible was open on, after murder, or prior to suicide.

I am not religious.

Yes, not murdered or committed suicide. However if she did do both of these, why then read someone else's bible that doesn't believe in either ?

The Bible tells us murder is wrong... but what does it say about suicide? These Bible verses on suicide tell us that we should respect our bodies. We are God's creations, we shouldn't die before our time or forsake God's will just because things are tough.

So even though we face challenges, always seek out light and truth. Don't stray and consider dark things such as suicide. It is not in God's will. Treat your body as a temple!

Exodus 20:13 You shall not kill.

If you're saying religious people don't commit suicide or murder anyone - you way off target. Sheila reading the bible or not reading it, has no bearing on anyone's guilt or innocence. Bamber staged the bible probably as an after thought - end of. You're going off on a tangent and are struggling to make sense.

Caroline, the Bible tends to be all things to all people. We're told about "an eye for an eye" but we're also told to "turn the other cheek". I truly believe that it's within one's own psychology as to how the words are interpreted.

The only plausible explanation is the bible was planted by Bamber. There are several obvious reasons why he would do this. He also had the time and knew where a bible would be.

As Miller said 'the bible was put next to Sheila for our benefit'.

My page one thread questions were either not answered at all, by one poster,  not answered with sources, or a flippant answer given.

In the last two days, more questions and discoveries have been made, which show Sheila did not fetch or read the bible,  or write a suicide note.

I said a few hours ago, the suicide note is not a huge deal, but Bamber was treading on very thin ice with the bible. And so it's proved.

The bible has been fatal for Bamber.

Relating to the shower thread I have just created is another question about the bible.

If Sheila read religious books which suggested ritualistic cleansing, why wasn't this book next to Sheila ?

The bible was next to Sheila which does not support ritualistic cleansing, suicide or murder.

Anyway there is more than enough information for a double closure of the bible and suicide note allegations. The bible closure being fatal.

Hopefully today there will be closure on the shower allegation.
