The jury would have been hard pressed to convict Bamber as the killer if the contents of the police logs had all been disclosed and considered during the trial. Also, if the photographic evidence hadn't been doctored by PC Bird, and the truth had come out about the stage managing of Sheila's body in the main bedroom, I mean how could 3 different police officers remove the same rifle from Sheila's body. The prosecution would have had to throw the towel in, for a certainty. The police also definately tampered with the ballistics, and the relatives introduced the dodgy silencer evidence. I know where my money would have been if all the key evidence had not been wilfully and deliberately withheld by Essex police, the relatives and the prosecuting authorities...

IF it could be verified -and frankly, would you leave laying around any evidence that could incriminate you?- all it would mean is the possibility that the conviction was unsafe. What it wouldn't do is prove that Jeremy was innocent.

If the logs asserted what you claim then Jeremy would have won a new trial.  He lost his appeals because your claims are all wild speculation totally lacking in evidentiary support.

There was enough evidence for 10 members of the jury to say he was guilty. I can't help feeling they'd have found it very difficult to believe that two different police marksmen BOTH accidentally shot her in the neck.

Only Mike Tesko could dream up that bullshit.  Funny really if it wasn't so sad.

What I find rather discerning is the fact that the police surgeon made no attempt to establish the actual time of death by taking a core body temperature, at 8.44am when he pronounced death. It is a scientific fact that after 10 hours after death, the core temperature of the victims torso adjusts to the ambient temperate of the environment it is found in. I suggest that temperatures were not taken because everyone present knew exactly when Sheila had been shot on both occasions...

He didn't strike me as the type who would take on a walk like that in the dark. He'd have been scared of his own shadow.

If he was capable of massacring his family, I doubt the poor baby would have been scared of the dark. He was 25, FGS.

Yes, it is funny, since I did not dream up that bullshit as you put it, You quoted what JaneJ said, not me...

The only person who has tampered construed the police logs are those supporters who cannot accept the truth of what happened.  Bamber is a cold blooded murderer and nothing will ever change that, he deserves all that comes his way now.

The evidence was all available at trial and now we have the advantage of the DNA results from the sound moderator which firmly nails it as far as any further appeal is concerned.

Best face it, all your speculations and false claims have come to a great big NADA!

What an awful way to talk about an innocent man, who did not get a fair trial...

DEAR Mike, you have suggested MANY things. However, in order for something to be believed, it needs to be believable.
