It certainly looks like 'provide a new list for Bamber'

Well that looks like a deliberate attempt to keep certain pieces from evidence from him and not an accident as some have claimed. That is pretty disgusting in my eyes.

The downer from Cocaine or Crack Cocaine can cause severe and dangerous psychosis, that is a fact.  We don't really have any idea whether Sheila smoked or sniffed coke on a regular basis, there are various references to her doing so but no definite proof.  Crack Cocaine moves quickly out of the body, the high only lasting about 30 minutes.  Specific tests are needed to find any residue remaining in the body.

Doctor Ferguson had mentioned about Sheila being a coke user in the 2002 appeal doc.so it would only be contained in her notes as to whether she was a regular user or not.

Yes, we cannot be sure but if she was a regular crack cocaine user she would be an addict as crack is highly, highly addictive next to heroin and almost impossible to break the habit ..... disgusting stuff.

More importantly, how did it get lost, and what if any significance could its existence impacted upon the outcome of the investigation?

I shall keep my eyes open whilst perusing all the material in my possession, to see if there was / is any reference to BJW/1, anywhere...

Ann Eaton hand written note (3B), confirms that relatives found AP's .22 rifle, in its case at the scene on the 10th August 1985:-

Why you lie is beyond me the shotguns in the loo. It says nothing about AP's rifle.  The prior card CAE/3A though does mention his 22, it mentions how AP took it home after his last stay at WHF:
