Thankyou for that vote of confidence !!

I know exactly what I'm talking about. I do a lot of research which you don't !! All you do is sit and wait for my posts in order to have a go ALL the time. How sad to just sit and snipe and shout " guilty ". God help anyone if you ever go for jury service, that's all I can say.
You're viewing this case through a pinhole instead of looking at the bigger picture and taking EVERYTHING into consideration instead of just focussing on Jeremy as the killer.

I don't do any research? Now that is FUNNY!! Lookout, when I post something I use references and state CLEARLY where I saw it and provide links where possible or I upload the original document. You NEVER do that, you usually say 'I read it somewhere'. That's not good enough to back up your argument.

Let me remind you Lookout that I have looked at this case from BOTH sides, you claim never to have thought he was guilty for no other reason than a 'feeling'. You're the one with blinkers who refuses to see the BIGGER pictures but NOT because of Jeremy, I think you have a bigger problem with admitting someone you don't like (and that's most people on the guilty side) might have a point!

Now who's being childish again------" with people I don't like ?"  ::) Your own thoughts,how narrow-minded.
I don't agree with all politics, but it has nothing to do with the person who decides them. It's to do with policies and the thought which has been put into them.

What you post is naturally taken from the side which you support and wherever/whoever the information has come from-------------much the same as where and how my own information is from,so who are we to argue if they think they're right ?

I admit I could also be wrong-------but so could you too.Am I bothered ? NO.

FINALLY!! I have already admitted to being wrong once and of course I could be wrong again but the only info I read is what is available, there isn't an innocent side/guilty side set of info  unless you mean the OS? I don't read that every often now because most of the stuff has been discredited. I have read the books and the documents here. But I back my stuff up, you don't! I'm not asking for you to post links, but to say where the info comes from would be helpful to someone who wants to read it for themselves.

But not to the case.

they had no way of knowing that there might of been somthing that colin could tell them that would turn to be very important to the case.

Would you give up your free time, and work on a pro-bono arrangement to work towards the release of a " mass-murderer ?". Unlike a solicitor,Barrister and a QC,who think that Jeremy is worth fighting for at this present moment.
This is what's happening at the present moment, along with others who have a hand in legal law as regards prison terms and sentencing.
There is NOTHING to know so far, as there's a blanket ban on any NEW information reaching the media.
Suffice to say, things are looking hopeful for a man who has been wrongly imprisoned for this past 30 years.

I can't count the number of times I have heard this. I don't believe there is any hope of Jeremy EVER being released. We'll have to wait and see - but if this submission is rejected, how many more can he realistically present?

There is nothing happening, their last stand was going to Human Rights Court on the no parole issue.  That was his last hope of ever leaving prison one day.  Prior to that they threw everything including the kitchen sink at the CCRC, got shot down and the COA affirmed the CCRC decision. That is why they decided their only hope was the Humans Rights claim.

How juvenile. There are one or two here who I'd question regarding their mentality. It's scary !!

Did you actually watch it?  While this cartoon has been seen by anyone who grew up in America I doubt most outside of the US get the reference.

You sound exactly like Linus just wait till next time- that will be when Jeremy will prevail.

Even if I believed all the nonsense claims about Jeremy being innocent and railroaded I would not believe he will ever be freed because there is no way he could prove the wild allegations that are being made. It would not be enough for me to decide to take a leap and personally believe such claims despite no proof.  Courts require actual proof. The only proof that could be had would be if people came forward to change their testimony. While that sometimes happens it is not realistic to expect that here.

What is more juvenile facing reality or hiding from it because one finds it unpleasant so doesn't want to face it?
