He wasn't asked about the photographs in his statement - why would he be?

Colin made his statement on 07/08/85 - weeks before the photograph incident!

Colin's claim that Jeremy used the same words to describe the pictures of Sheila to him that Fielder attributed to Bamber proves nothing at all. If it were the case that this proved the story then Colin's statement of 11th September by the same logic would prove some sort of manipulation on the part of EP.
   From his statement of 11th September:
     "During the following Friday Jeremy and Julie came to stay at my address for the weekend, they left on the Sunday.
     On the Friday night a discussion took place at my house between myself, Jeremy, Julie(Jeremy's girlfriend) and Janice Flowers(an ex girlfriend of mine).
     We were trying to put together the facts of what had happened at the farm that night. As a result Jeremy told us that after he'd left during the conversation about fostering the children he'd gone home. He stated that he'd been woken up by the phone at about 3am by Mr. Bamber saying something like "Sheila's gone berserk with a gun"."
     According to EP the "gone berserk with a gun" quote was never made by Jeremy or Neville but in fact was paraphrasing from one officer to another. How coincidental that Jeremy then uses the same words to Colin that West allegedly paraphrased to Bonnet.
     Does that prove anything in your world or does it only apply when it suits your agenda?

These are the words once again just for you nugs. If you look back they appear in just about every post I have made in the past few days. Not sure how you could have missed them but ....... for the last time. Jeremy stated to BOTH Colin and Fielder when describing the photographs.

The damning evidence is Bamber met The Sun.

The following day The Sun printed a front page headline 'Bambi brother in photo scandal'. The Sun somehow finding out photos existed from someone other than Bamber.

Gruner said Bamber wanted a 'substantial fee' for his life story. Which again backs up The Sun.

However you believe Bamber didn't mention photos or a life story fee. He just offerred his account for free. The Sun turned down this very generous offer.

well seeing as not capable of intellgient debate i dont think that really matters.

1 you asume that colins rembered the exact same words correctly 30 years after wich is bloody hard.

and 2 your asuming the book was writtan entierly by colin and there was no ghost writing involved.

3 im not sure after the rubbish with the wallet i trust your cliam that there the exact same words.

4 when your describing pictures of a naked woman what other sentence would you use to describe.

you have know way of knowing he wrote all the book himself as ghost writers rant credited.

you falsely claimed that Jeremy knew the exact amount of money when the documents he dident.

In the few days I've been away, the intelligence quotient of this debate has descended from questionable to just plain, downright STUPID, not to mention, convoluted. From what I can make out, it appears that it doesn't matter that Jeremy murdered his family. The important thing is that he has to be shown as being innocent of trying to sell porny pics of the sister he recently killed, and in order to do this, it also has to be shown that there was no interview between him and the journalist -who, because he told a lie ONCE, is clearly guilty of lying again?- he had the conversation with, MORE an obvious attempt is being made to bring Colin's integrity into question. The lengths some people will go to just to see a convicted murderer set free defies belief.

i havent made up up load of crap anbout somone not ansering a qustion that they dident need to answer in the first place becouse the answer was allready in the document.
