No one new has been convinced the story isn't true by this thread though, the only people convinced the story is false are the ones who were already convinced and who would be convinced no matter what.

The Suns reputation was well known before this topic, which is why those that believe the story of Bamber selling the photos is true have always said it wasn't THE SUN that convinced them the story had merit.

It appeared in the Sun on 17th September 1985 - Jeremy didn't (at the time) dispute the allegations and neither did BC. The OS doesn't deny the meeting took place BUT now Jeremy is denying that Fielder instigated it and that he (Fielder) mentioned porno pictures; asking Jeremy if he had any? Now what kind of coincidence is that? He just mentions to Colin that he found such pictures and then a Sun journalist asks him if he has any? Fielder must be a mind reader! Of curse now Jeremy is saying that no such pictures existed and this might be believable had he not told Colin that they did!

Bamber made up total rubbish about his innocent dead sister and after shooting her and her two young boys, he then tried to further ruin her reputation by selling private porno pictures of her. How did Colin keep his sanity through the emotional rollercoaster of those first weeks,then learning the shocking truth as a black desolation encompassed his very being. It was at this time that he shrank back from the feelings of self-destruction by ingesting pills or throwing himself off Lizard Point as he resolved to live,and at the appropriate juncture lie down beside his boys at Highgate Cemetary where his heart to this day lies..

It is unlikely in the extreme that he would attempt to sell pornographic pictures of his dead sister when the press and the Sun were already printing smear stories about him.
   How convenient for Fielder and the Sun that Jeremy offered them porno pictures and how stupid would Jeremy have to be to imagine that reporters who had been smearing him would stop smearing him and instead buy some nude pictures of his dead sister off him.
  It has no credibility or believability as a story and is almost certainly untrue.
