Just as if.The man didn't look as though he could punch his way out of a wet paper bag let alone slaughter a whole family.

I've said time and time again that anyone who can do that is as mad as a hatter--------totally insane.
I do believe whoever did this was a psychopath or complete narcissistic personality because for anyone with emotions it would surely be far too distressing even if they believed they could do it in theory.

Sheila had a narcissistic personality because she constantly needed reassuring on her appearance, always asking the other models how she looked, etc.  In fact, her whole personality was skewed if you ask me.

The MM thing is actually quite interesting - I don't really think we have got to the bottom of why he came into the picture. The police seemed to think  it was viable that a hit man was involved - and IMO I don't think it came from JB . So did they say to JM - we think someone did make a call - we think JB used someone else in the house - do you have anyone he might know who would be up to the job?

They took it quite seriously  with all the statements /finger printing / blood tests etc.
I wonder if Jeremy was winding Mugford up? She did seem a kind of hair brained type and it might have been one od Jeremy's sick jokes. She did say she didn't know if he was serious or just joking or words to that effect? His alleged words to her seem to suggest a wind up as well, him trying to appear macho in a way, "Oh no I couldn't do it MM did".

No. That's fairly typical for a young attractive woman that's used to attention. I don't think its fair to make such a judgment if you have never met the person

Maybe but I believe if Sheila did the killings she was in a psychotic episode due either to her illness or her drug taking or both.  I don't believe for a minute that Sheila planned such carnage.

People with schizophrenia have bizarre beliefs. Like her Children being possessed by the devil

If Shelia done it she would have thought they where all going heaven ect

Who are you to argue ? It's more or less in a book written by Claire Powell, who describes Sheila worse than that. The book is anti-Bamber btw.

You obviously missed the news where it said of those who took " selfies " were narcissistic.
Sheila was forever conscious about her appearance. She worried after the twins were born that her figure was " out of shape " and that she'd become too fat to continue her modelling.

That's because Narcissus looked in the pool and fell in love with himself.

Yeah that's fairly normal for a young attractive woman specially these days.

We are all narcissistic to some degree but being narcissistic is not synonymous with narcissistic personality disorder

She was no saint. but I wouldn't say she was psychopathic

She could have just been insecure about herself.
It wasn´t her that wanted to be a model in the first place, Colin suggested it to her, which was a shame, BTW, because she was not fit for that cut-throat business.

I agree, the traits of a narcissist don't fit Sheila at all. They fit someone else though - from the descriptions of others that knew him.
