  • What is in those 200 boxes?

Not according to June. She told Pam that Sheila was taking no interest in the children or helping in the house. According to our know all American friend she was overdosed on meds.

That means we can conclude she was not in a good state at the time.  8)

Alias, I think that's a reasonable assessment :) What we CAN'T be certain about is the reason for it.

I don't think there is any question about Sheila's mental health - but was she in the frame of mind to murder 4 people before killing herself? We'll never know but I don't believe she was 'incapable' I just think Jeremy was more capable and the phone call in the middle of the night just doesn't ring true, it simply works in his favour because the notion puts him elsewhere when poor Sheila is 'supposed' to have gone crazy with a gun. All just a tad convenient!

I just cannot wrap my head around Jeremy staging a two shot homicide as a suicide. Makes zero sense to me!

Not if it was accidental. Too late after it happened, he's have had to go ahead with it.

That is what I have a hard time accepting.

He wouldn't have needed to had he got it right first time.

No, but he didn´t. Shot her twice, then staged her murder as suicide, daft.

OK, let's look at this a bit closer.Imagine -IF you can, that you've successfully shot your WHOLE family. There's just one person left and you want to make the death look like suicide. You shoot, PERHAPS too carefully, and to your horror, that person isn't dead. WHAT are you going to do. You can't unhappen it and bring everyone back to life. You HAVE to take a second shot and hope for the best...........IMO :)

I agree all the way up to the staging of a suicide. He didn´t have to do that.

He did if he wanted then to think it was Sheila.

He wanted them to think that Sheila had shot herself twice, sure!
It does happen, but I doubt that Jeremy knew about multiple shot suicides at the time.

No, he wanted them to think it was Sheila but after shooting her twice (for whatever reason, accident or she didn't die after the first shot), he had to go along with it, what else could he do? Too late to cancel the whole things after he's just shot everyone.

NO Alias. It was one of those things which becomes the Law Of Unintended Consequences. If he'd got it right and the first shot had killed her -which I'm perfectly certain was the intention- I VERY much doubt that we'd be having this conversation...................... it's rather like making a fail-safe recipe for a special occasion. If it's ever going to go wrong, THAT will be the time.
