Is April contributing to any threads ?

No. Just posting to or about me again.

I am contributing to the Stan/Taff thread which someone else created. Showing how Taff's view was over ridden. Correctly.

As well as who Julie spoke to prior to Stan Jones.

Anyway surprise me. Create a thread. Even Lookout did yesterday. Although a thread on the subject already existed.

Adam, in my view, you haven't actually created ANYTHING worth responding to, so WHY would I wish to do the same. You've shown NOTHING which PROVES Jeremy's guilt and NOTHING of interest because all that CAN be said, probably HAS been said in a more intelligent, ie, debatable, and therefore, much less irritating way than your own. I've done enough penance now. I shall put you back on ignore.

If the forensic evidence says it was not Sheila, who was it ?

Anyway there was enough evidence. Which is why he was charged, it went through the DPP, he was convicted a d has failed several appeals.
Unfortunately I believe the forensic evidence was not treated with the care that it should have been and for the reasons that I gave in another thread I do not believe that the court was presented with the correct forensic evidence?

Why did you go from Innocent to guilty after I joined ?

You say it is nothing to do with my posts. Something must have triggered a change after 29 years.

Caroline & Susan gave their reasons.

It seems from Mikes posts there were some forensics that were not presented . And I have posted before documents about the nightie that seem a bit odd.

If you take the silencer out of the equation what forensic proves that Sheila did not do it?

I believe in this instance that forensics were "manufactured"?

Do you believe the police ordered the lab technicians to expertly put incriminating blood into the silencer ?

No Adam I do not. I was referring to the silencer evidence as "found" by the relatives.

Yes,it was as though there was no such thing as a silencer/moderator on a working farm,so not the surprise as it had accusingly been given. You EXPECT to see them ( more than one !!)

Well I can only answer as I know and that is that most people who have these guns do not use a silencer. Don't ask me why though?

I think the explanation is that it is a sound moderator  and in the house it would not have made much difference - there is a post about it somewhere but it is only designed to help when shooting rabbits - when committing that sort of crime it would apparently not had the effect most people are assuming.
