You've only to read reports of the disgraceful way that Princess Dianas' " accident " was investigated.
That was botched too.

Strange how both women had a penchant for Middle Eastern men ? Both had their lives ended in tragic circumstances.

It doesn't sound as though he had that jacket on during the time he was shot ? Only after.

I guess they are the tears made by the bullets so shot from behind ? Just thought they would be described as such . Sounds like no bloodstains on photos ? don't quite get that bit.

It was the lack of the blood stains which made me think that the jacket had remained off at some point. Then the matter of the 4th button which was in half. Of course it could have happened during the washing process, but how else would,or could it have occurred ? Neville wasn't shot in the gut,so it wasn't shot off.
Those tears in the jacket are also odd.

I agree Lookout, it does sound as though the jacket was off during the shooting.

so do you think it means that the blood staining ( as it was apparently not in the photos ) happened post mortem , not meaning just during the post mortem (  literal) but maybe when moving the body after the photos perhaps in transit?

And would that not be a big struggle to get a pyjama jacket on a large dead man?Dont mean that to sound horrible , but you know what I mean.

Dependant on how long Neville had been dead for,the blood would have eventually found its own level and settled,LM,as to whatever position he was found in. If it's said that he was found sitting in his chair, then the lower quarters of his body would have been the visible areas of LM,so where the blood was from,I can only guess it was the head area when he was moved.

I understand about the difficulty in getting the jacket on,though it may have been done in the latter stages of death, and before ( sorry ) the poor man stiffened. It wouldn't have been such a chore while he was seated.
The mans' pyjama bottoms were down as well, which I find quite disturbing,as well as sad and undignified

I'm not sure Jansus but the document you posted actually states 'during' PM but I would have thought that all clothing would be removed before a PM. Question is, if he had no PJ jacket on when shot - who put it one him?

The question is-------was he found with or without jacket when the raid team first entered ?
Or when they looked through the window ?

Poor June had no underwear on either,so were they all in the process of undressing for bed at the time ?

perhaps someone was trying to put pyjama bottoms on? rather than take them off ? but failed?

Its all a bit strange. Also was there not a cushion as if to soak up blood - why would you do that after such a brutal attack?

It must have been on because it's on in the photographs and it would be difficult to put a jacket on someone in that position. And there would be no reason to anyway.

The tears could only have been done using a sharp object and the 3mm hole could well have been a cigarette burn, which wouldn't have left a burn mark as I imagine they were of a flame resistant material so would have smouldered through. The width of a ciggy being 3mm.
