Someone 5'7" would hold a rifle 56" high or less. Nevill's shoulder wound was around 65" high and a downward trajectory.  His jaw wound was higher than that even and also a down trajectory.  To have  a down trajectory. It standing then Sheila would have fired up instead of down.

Even Jeremy would have a problem shooting down since he would hold a rifle around 62-3 inches high. It should be a relatively level shot or even up.  The jaw shot also should have been upwards.  The trajectories suggest he was not standing for these shots. Otherwise Jeremy was standing on their chair which I don't really see why he would do that.

I am 6 feet and could easily pick up someone of Sheilas size.

One hand underneath the back of the knees. One hand underneath the back. A Sheila in a deep sleep would not notice.

It would take a deep sleep to not be awakened, we would need to know a lot more about her sleepig habits to know if that were possible.

Anyway what does it have to do with my point?  My point was about two shots that would have had upward angles if Nevill had been standing when he received such wounds unless the shooter were standing on something.

If someone picked me up when I was asleep - I would wake up - FACT!!

Good point. It had nothing to do with you're point.

There was discussion earlier on about how Sheila ended up in the main bedroom.

I could well imagine Sheila coming out with a string of expletives if someone had tried to lead her to do something that she didn't want to do. She'd have put up a fight with those nails of hers,,,but as it happened, she didn't have to do,did she ?

we will say for the sake of debate Jeremy and Sheila were in the murders at WHF together and Sheila let him in as it was all pre arranged how did Jeremy manage the two shots under her chin this is what puzzles me more than anything :'(

Morning Susan. ;D

Well of course Jeremy would have been crawling on his belly,,wouldn't he ?  ::)
As in combat like the Marines when they landed on D-DAY ! Wiggling along until he was in position to fire.

I've heard some things, but that just about takes the biscuit. There'd have been fibres from his clothes in a particular area of carpet,,but we never did get the results from any carpet samples.

Then again,,how dare EP destroy the bloodied carpets within an hour of finding the family. For all the police knew,,it could have been someone other than Jeremy or Sheila.

Lookout if Jeremy had been crawling on his belly to shoot Sheila somebody must have been holding her down as she would have got up and fought him or run away and locked herself in the bathroom.

Susan,,Jeremy would probably have dropped off to sleep if he'd been lying on the floor. He must have been already jiggered after the harvesting, then supper. I doubt he had super-human strength at that age and the type of guy he was.
If he'd been a fitness fanatic,,then I might have been suspicious,,but he wasn't,,and certainly wouldn't have mustered up the energy to go on and kill 5 people.
Sorry-------------I don't buy it at all, for many reasons.
