Why would the police put a banner up. Strange thing to do. It does absolutly nothing to get Jeremy his freedom.

I have read half of AE's statement. It must be in the second half.

Nobody has said that the waving of a banner would get Jeremy his freedom. If you'd read my earlier post regarding this,I actually said that it would do him no favours if he broached the subject in any way--------at least until he's released .

I am sure I had seen the photo of the banner - I was beginning to think I had imagined it.

Adam has been shown evidence that the police instigated the burning of the evidence, because I think it was in AE statement as well - he is just chosing to ignore it.
No that was a picture that campion put up of the house and questioned as to whether something on the roof was a banner. But it wasn't.

When I gave you the link on one occasion you proceeded to criticise the link which was in actual fact a police statement. But you still rejected it. So what is the point of giving you links. Also I asked you for a link many times but you never ever gave it to me. So again what is the point.

I have given you all requested links.

The last one regarding Jeremy changing his account of what happened Nevilles phone call.

He mentioned it in 2005. Claiming it proved his innocence.
He referred to the document he didn't claim he heard it.

No you haven't. I asked you when Jeremy had said anything bad against JM  since the trial. You gave me a link to the Official Site. But it said nothing about that. But you just would not give me a direct link to it.

When did I say he heard it ?

How can you hear a document ?

Either way. The document clearly says there was no response. I cannot believe Jeremy tried to prove his innocence with it.

Can you provide us with the information where it stated that he did?

I also gave you the Sunday Times article.

The OS has a whole section on how Julie is a liar, criminal, makes false Witness Statements etc. It's on Jeremys OS.

What forensic evidence should there be ?

I have already posted 14 forensic reasons why Sheila did not committ the crime.

I have already posted the judges curious coincidences thread.

I have already given posters the chance to tell me how Sheila did it. Most refused.

I have already given posters the chance to say what Sheila was doing when Neville phoned Jeremy. No adequate answers given.

I have already posted 19 reasons/facts why Neville would not phone Jeremy.

Strangely enough I thought it was before I came on this forum that I saw it.

" What forensic evidence should there be  ?". Solid proof that Jeremy murdered his family,,that's what.
His blood,( during the " struggle " with his father ) Droplets of fresh sweat and spit .Hairs. mud on carpets.Fibres off clothes. Shredded skin. Proof he got in the farmhouse through a window  ( or did he get in through the letter-box  ? )
Forensic evidence forms the vital part of convicting someone,,not lies and hearsay.
It was the most unfair trial in this country, and the very least he deserves is a re-trial.

They are NOT FACTS .They are pure conjecture and nothing more .They have no relevance. I could give you 19 reasons why Sheila could have had a psychotic episode - but it does not PROVE the events on the night either .
