One of her flat mates said it was 3.10. However she also said she always set her phone 10 minutes fast. So it was probably 3.00am.

So much conflicting evidence around these times,,especially where JM lived at the time.It would have been like Chinese Whispers as each person argued the toss over the time. Then as it was,JM was so interested that she told Jeremy to go back to bed !!!
Then AE would have written it in her " notebook " ( possibly a different time again ) so that when it was finally relayed to the police,,it would have been completely wrong. Secondhand information,,as a lot was.

The answer machine - AGAIN.

I don't know if it was switched off or not - but I can assure you that some people turn them off when they are at home and turn it on when they are out .

Suprisingly human beings are all different and all do different things - it is a fact of life.

well if your trying to go to sleep you might very well have it turnd off.

Jeremy woke up from sleeping like a log. Realised the phone was ringing. Decided to answer it. Got downstairs & answered it. Before the answer machine came on.

Get real.

if it was an emergency nevile wouldent of wanted to leave a message would he would want jeremy to pick up the phone.

Jeremy got home after 10pm. He was tired after a 14 hour day. He phoned Julie, watched a bit of telly and then slept like a log.

Unluckily on this night he remembered to turn the answer machine off. For some reason.

So there's one thing that you've established,,and that Jeremy was in bed that night and not out murdering his family. That's a start, anyway.

Yes,,he was tired, after his 17hrs in fact,,as it was harvest-time.Had a beer,shower/bath,and went to bed

17 hours. No wonder he was fed up. But at least Sheila had a nice day on the farm.

I am going by what Jeremy said in his interview transcripts. Saying he slept like a log.

He also said he watched TV, but made errors regarding the times & programmes.

Didn't everyone make errors, etc regarding times ? That's nothing new. But whatever Jeremy said in his interview, you could take it as being the truth.
Nice to know that you're perfect and would remember every detail put to you !

Common sense ---hmmm - it would be common sense for you not to be on this forum - so you obviously don't have any .

Jeremy was very evasive in his interviews. Thread already created by me.

Even Graheme said people who say 'can't remember' are lying. Jeremy said it loads of times.

Together with dozens of other short,  negative & evasive replies.
