Ha Ha Ha april what is your view on parrots ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D maybe boring as they can only say the same thing over and over again :'(

Your the boring one. Deciding Jeremy is innocent from just reading one thread.

At least I have read a book, internet articles & statements before making my mind up.

And I do not get personal & accuse people of things they have not done. Not without evidence anyway.

What quotes ? As mentioned I have read other things.

Jeremys supporters will obviously focus on me & claim I do not know about the case. Wrong.

Hi curiousessex  many thanks for your detailed explanation.  In my ignorance I assumed obviously incorrectly that the tenancy from the Trust would automatically pass to the next of kin i.e. Jeremy and it would appear it passed to the now next of kin Ann Eaton.  Quite confusing. Wonder if Jeremy is ever released will the tenancy pass back to him from the Trust.

Susan.

No worries.

By the way the tenancy did not pass to 'the now next of kin' Ann Eaton. I think you will find the Trust actually appointed Peter Eaton (Ann Eaton's husband) to run the farm under an agreement.

If Jeremy is released he will not have the tenancy passed back to him. There would be no legal obligation for the Trust to do such a thing. At the end of the day it is the Trust's farm and they can appoint who they like under an agreement.

Or get personal.

I do not resort to such tactics. Preferring to discuss the case.

I think by now we've all read enough of your effluent to come to our own conclusions about what it is you THINK you know. Thus far you've made it obvious that you know zero of basic psychology and you pick up out of context sound bites from novelettes rather than facts AND you get us to do the research rather than doing it yourself.

curiousessex  wow thanks for that just shows how wrong I was in my thinking I thought although the Trust owned the property and would I be right in saying the land as well it would be in the agreement it passed to the next of kin something like Crofting land does in Scotland.  Thanks for explaining that to me. Wonder if Peter Eaton gave the farm up could and would the Trust pass it to somebody totally outwith the family.

So telling Susan she's boring doesn't count as getting personal then??? And you don't discuss, you preach.

I do know zero about psychology. But do know one said Jeremy showed the classic signs of being a psychopath. A psychiatrist hired by the defence.

Other people hired by the defence said Sheila was not capable of going on such a murderous rampage. Sorry I forgot, she had not seen a doctor for 18 weeks. Perhaps she did not need or want to.

Out of context soundbites. It is either said or written. Or it isn't.

She called me boring & a parrot. Also said I did not respond to her posts. Although no evidence was supplied.
