All the police have to do, is make a simple public announcement that Sheila's body was never photographed on the bed, and that no such photographic negatives relating to this exist...

Despite evidence coming to light in 2004 that such photographs of Sheila on the bed were taken, the police have not denied that such photographs had been taken, before her body had been moved to the bedroom floor and stage managed there by police, not by Jeremy or anybody else, Since, Robert Boutflour, David Boutflour, Anthony Pargeter and Ann Eaton, did not stage manage Sheila's body on the bedroom floor, and neither did any hit man, named, or otherwise...

All that needs to be done, by those representing Jeremy Bamber, is to obtain access to "The scenes of crime register" (unedited version), which contains all the information anyone needs to show and prove that Sheila had not been killed or died before 9.12 / 9.22am, that morning, when the loaded anshulz rifle which had been resting against the bedroom window from about 7.15am, onward, was used by the police as a prop to see whether or not it would be possible to introduce that weapon as the gun which could have fired the shot into the neck (the only bullet wound in her neck by that stage)...

The raid team which entered whf, did not venture into the premises intending to sweet talk Sheila into giving herself up, they went in there intent on taking her out by use of deadly force, to bring the siege to an end, after a few hours "stand off"...

If police had got a clear unobstructed view of Sheila in possession of any gun once they got into the farm house, they would not have hesitated to shoot and kill her, and if they had done that, nobody would be flinching an eye lid regarding how the police had shot and killed her, but the real circumstances of how she got shot for the first time are not as clear cut as that, since police were challenged at the internal door by an unarmed Sheila, after police had pushed open the door behind which had been Ralph Bambers body sat on a large wooden chair - as a result of this, there was a small gap created in the door through which PS Woodcock started to squeeze through to enter the kitchen, and it was at this point that Sheila confronted him as Woodcock was coming around the door into the kitchen, this is where Woodcock struggled with Sheila, and how the muzzle of Woodcocks weapon came into contact with Sheila's neck, and the first shot into her neck was discharged...

Missing pages from Woodcocks witness statement, have been edited out which cover this matter...

The truth regarding this is written up in Woodcocks, unedited witness statement, and a report submitted for the attention of the DPP...

The discovery of Ralph Bambers body sat in the wooden chair behind the internal kitchen door, and the confrontation between Woodcock and Sheila, as he entered the kitchen through a small gap created between the edge of the door, and the door frame, is what the content of police log messages passed from the scene referred to, where it mentions, "The body of one dead male, and the body of one dead female, found upon entry", since after Woodcock shot Sheila she collapsed onto the kitchen floor and was wrongly presumed to have been killed...

The trial judge interfered with any prospect of there being held a fair trial, by directing the jury along the lines that the only person who could be responsible for the shootings, was Sheila, or Jeremy, based on the claim by Jeremy that he had received  telephone call from his father at the scene, who told him that "Sheila has got the gun, and she had gone crazy", and that no one else could have been involved...

This was very misleading, since, he was referring to the overall claim regarding who had killed all five victims, not just Sheila. The very fact that the judge had put it to the jury, that this was an either or decision, turned it into a 50/50 case, sufficient doubt for the trial judge to remove the verdict making decision from the jury, altogether...

But for the deliberate withholding of the police log contents where it makes mention of two bodies being found downstairs by police upon entry, the judge would not have been able to get away, with what he had said...

The blood spatter on Sheila's nightie does not suggest two struggles with men that morning, neither does her face with no beads of sweat. She looked quite calm..

Awwww Steve, I'm so overjoyed to see you that I won't mention she'd have hardly given in without a fight and left her boys to fend for themselves :-*

Steve,,Sheila looked calm because she, herself had achieved what she set out to do and that was to rid herself of the suffering and torment that the poor woman had endured for years.
If she'd been shot by another " hand ",,her face would have shown an entirely different picture of fear and horror,,especially if taken unawares.
Women don't sweat like men.The only time I showed any facial signs of sweating was sitting indoors, with the outdoor weather at 41 degrees.

Was any blood found on the end of the rifle ?

The pathologist said one of Sheila's shots was a contact shot.

Sheila had for some reason put the silencer away before shooting herself.

Some people say the silencer was never on the rifle. So there should be back splatter from the other 24 shots on the gun. The pathologist said they were all contact or close range shots.
'Only I know what really happened that night'.
