According to the Bristol Innocence Project who'd been working on the case for some time,,came to the conclusion that Simon was innocent as the evidence was flimsy and unreliable. They were shocked when the court of appeal turned them down. Dr.Michael Naughton and 25 of his students had been working on the case.

i know he was there prize case.

Several weeks ago I cut myself with a sharp knife. I found my own bloodied fingerprints in my bedroom days later when cleaning up. if I had known they were there, I would have cleaned the surfaces there and then. They had dried, I had to use a damp/soapy cloth.

He was indeed, nugs. This Innocence project has been suggested as a means of bringing Jeremys' case to the fore.Sadly,,these cases seem to fall flat at the court of appeal for some reason.Whether it's a financial thing,I don't know.

The point I was making is that when a bloodied finger contacts any surface it is damp...not always that visible until it drys.

Spare bedroom ? I was referring to my own bedroom. bedside lamp satin base/chest of drawers

i just see how could inocently cut themselves and leave the blood on the window i mean if they had surely they would of mentioned it.
May have been neighbours fingerprint, but the blood of Mrs.A,from where the neighbour touched her?

Maybe the Innocence Project are just no match for the experts?
Webster, for the defence did not challenge the fibre evidence at trial. He obviously found no fault with it?

I just don't know, tyler. A Gabe Tan had unearthed information which conclusively proved the mans' innocence. The information hadn't originally been used.

Hi lookout, saw Gabe Tan on my local news as my area covers Bristol.  He was pretty philosophical about SHs admission of guilt.  He said it had happened on numerous cases the had worked on before.

What was the information/evidence,do you know?
Was it regarding a knife allegedly stolen from the Higham burglary as being the weapon that was used to kill Mrs.Albert.However, I don't think that this was ever proved?

That's interesting Maggie. I know it does happen,,but not as far as the years have gone by. The motive being parole.

Surely the system will now have to reassess him after spending so long knowingly deceiving people ?

Gabe Tan is female. Michael Naughton does not actively participate in the daily activities of their work. Gabe Tan's credibility was shot down in 2010.
