Yippee.I wonder who the 1 was.! Now at last it gives Jeremy some leeway. I'm not interested in the others.
I'm dead against Human Rights,except in Jeremys',or any other case where there was a clear unfair trial.

I like looking at who's online. It is interesting that when some decision is being made about Jeremy that a lot of the antis come on the forum. ;D

Hi lookout  somewhat confused just read on the news the vote was 16 to 1 that Jeremy's human rights were being abused.  What is happening.

Hi Susan, this is fantastic news BUT I'm sure Jeremy still wants his names 'cleared' not to just have the 'possibility' of release with a conviction of murder still hanging over him. The ruling states that a 'whole life tariff' breaches his human rights - however, they aren't saying he should be released tomorrow - simply that he should have a goal to work towards.

However - it's still - GREAT NEWS!! And some positivity for a change!!  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Hi Caroline  thanks for that as the news at 6.30 this morning said he had lost his Appeal and I have been quite depressed all morning just in to hear great news on the TV.  The Reporter this morning probably still asleep.  Next we have Mason Doyle's book to look forward to can't wait must get some reading glasses ;D ;D ;D ;D ;) ;) ;) ;)

The EHCR will overule UK law when they see fit , thats how i see it.

Hi mertoll I agree with you and as far as I am aware the full life tariff was not given to Jeremy at Trial I believe it was a minimum of 25 years the full life tariff was added later what for I don't know.  At least Jeremy has hope now which he did not have.  I have a good feeling great things to come for Jeremy Bamber in the not too distant future.
