She is guilty from the start its in her eyes , as i understand the United States and Italy signed or re newed the extradition treaty in the Reagan years, the Italian court can request a extradition as long as they can prove evidence shows guilt, i suspect they have found fresh evidence, i hope she re starts her 26 year jail term a horrible confident bitch.

Its a strange one I must say, but I think the man that killed her is already locked up.

Amanda goes home, she states the front door was not shut properly. She goes into the bathroom and sees two spots of blood on the sink, in the other room a toilet is left unflushed, she has a shower, then goes and gets her boyfriend. She notices that one of the other girls bedroom window had been smashed.  ?

They wait outside while the police arrive.  It was first thought there had been some sexual activity, like an orgy that had taken place.

The guy Rudy who is serving time for the murder; his DNA was found inside Meridith and on her body.  No other DNA was found on her.  Blooded foot prints were matched up to his shoes and he this is what he claimed. 

I had been with her in the bedroom we could not have sex because we had no protection.  We had oral sex.  I then went to the bathroom.  I heard her screaming, I went back to her room where I was attacked by two Italian guys.  I saw her on the floor I placed a towel over her neck to stop it bleeding and realised I could not help her...I left and met up with friends and we went to a disco......

I cannot be certain that they were involved in the actual murder,but I believe they were both there,without a doubt.This is from studying the case and not by what I hear/read in the media.Knox even phoned her mother in Seattle and told her that Meredith had been murdered,and this was before her body was even discovered! There is lots of evidence that points to their guilt,when you look into the case.I wondered if their aquital in 2010 was due to pressure from the USA. I think that decision was a mistake.I hope Meredith will finally get justice and her family closure.
