You need to understand in what context Ralph requested Jeremy to come quickly, what is your understanding of what he meant, when he said what he said, if he said what he said? What did Ralph mean, when he said "Come quickly"?

I would think of it in a "He sounded terrified" kind of way ....... But wait ! According to you, he took approx 26 mins to even call them ....

June was shot seven times, sprayed with five bullets from at least a foot from the body and one shot between the eyes from less than one foot. It was mooted that June had first been shot in bed and had managed to crawl to the door. Under these circumstances I don't see how she could have discharged the murder weapon.
You do not know at what stage June was shot in or on the bed, unless you were there (with Robert Boutflour)...

You do not know for sure who shot June, it could have been Sheila, or Ralph who shot her...

my understanding is that "come quickly" means get here as fast as you can
does it bear another meaning?
jim

I'm just trying to make the point, that Ralph might not necessarily have been talking to Jeremy on the phone when he said those words, even if he actually spoke them, he could have been talking or directing that part of his speech to someone else at the scene, lets say to June, for example, or to himself in frustration, or he may have been referring to the police alarm he had activated, I say don't jump to the wrong conclusion, too hastily......

mmmmm that's an interesting thought but given that jeremy indicated during his police interview that ralph sounded "terrified" and, given the context, i'm afraid that i cannot accept your reasoning
sorry

Well, be that as it may, Ralph Bamber did go on to make contact with the police, (3:26am) and warn them that his daughter, had got hold of one of his guns. This took place before Jeremy called the police himself at 3;36am, and by that stage the police already had information from Ralph that his daughter had got one of his guns, so that when Jeremy told PC West that "She has got the gun", you can see why PC West changes what Ralph said to Jeremy, from "She has got the gun", into "Sheila's got the gun"...

hi mike
a(nother) interesting theory but there can clearly be no doubt about the fact that jb's case always has been, currently is, and, i venture to suggest, always will be, that sheila was the killer

..and yet nobody heard Ralph's( Nevill's) voice at Police Headquarters that night and nobody has claimed the £1 million reward proffered to break the conspiracy theory. Scott Lomax suggested that someone was holding Nevill hostage and forcing him into making the call, but then much of his book is toadying towards Jeremy, the telephone call being quite foreign to the background of this drama, namely Jeremy's plan conceived over a period of time to kill his adoptive family in a domestic setting.

Not too late to pursue a case that police shot and killed Sheila when a rifle they were deploying onto her body during a training exercise which went dramatically wrong, after she unsuccessfully tried to take her own life...

hi mike
i understand that on jb's official website, there is a statement from him expressly disavowing any suggestion that it is his case that the police shot sheila

hi roch
no, i mean that if, after all these years, jb made such a suggestion, it would make him the laughing stock of the judges' dining room

He has and he can do no more, however he has little control of any alternative evidence that may be found, because if such evidence tells different even the view of jeremy collapses.

Do you mean that you and the judges had sight of / have full knowledge of what took place at WHF?

Fair play to them for laughing eh.
