I wonder if 'probably responsible for death' means he put her in the position where he knew harm would come her way, possibly resulting in death or should I say without him doing what he did (whatever it was), April would still be here.

Does anyone know where MB is being held? And if in a prison as opposed to a hospital such as Rampton,is he on a medical wing? Just wondered if he was playing the insanity card? Whatever story he has given, the police must have proof that April was last seen alive with him and MB knows it.It is also clear that he is trying for the least serious charge possible.

Strangeways prison. It doesn't say he's on a medical wing, so I assume from that 'in a cell'.

April's bike was found abandoned against a fence, on the green near her home in Machynlleth.

Me too Nugs, but I think Petey gave a reasonable explanation as to how this might occur.  I was talking to a colleague at wo :-\rk today and she was saying that this happened in another case, but she could not remember which one it was....She said she would find out for me.

Patti, you are correct, it is February 25th that the trial starts.

What banana?   ???

Can you try and find out about that other case please, as I've never heard anything like it before so I'm curious to know more.

MB "conceding that he is probably responsible for April's death" is surely him admitting that she is definitely dead. But he is pleading not guilty to disposing of her body, and clearly hasn't told the police where she is.So,can we assume that he is telling the police that he doesn't know? Its really odd - I'm wondering if he had or at least may have told the police that he passed her on to somebody else? It's really odd  :(

Thats what I was wondering  tyler. He may have taken her to someone else. To my mind that is almost worse somehow.
