i am sort of wondering that as well.

i mean everyone says the police must have a reason to aresset him but we know for a fact that is not always true.

and you can certanly bring charges against someone with no evidence ask michael stone.

The reaction of people is very disturbing. In the minds of those people who weere shouting and banging on the side of the prison van he is already guilty and that kind of lynch mob behaviour I find very worrying.
I always view the police as prize idiots.

Lately I was reading up on another murder case without a body.  Initially it was a missing person enquiry which eventually led to the arrests of 3 men.  The press reported every little detail from day one.  Contained in the press reports was information that the woman had been beaten with a golf club, had her finger or more than one of her fingers cut off, and torchered, cut up and buried.  They have all been charged with her murder due to the above details but yet there is still no body accounted for.

April went missing, Bridger was arrested and detained, charges were altered, to keep him detained, April has yet to be found.  That's what I dont understand, as there has been nothing whatsoever reported to give anyone an idea as to what he has supposed to have done.

If it is a case where the police have evidence and are deliberately not feeding the press, it'll be a first.  If its a case where they have no evidence and nothing to leak, and will try to build a circumstantial case against him I'll be disgusted.

I just hope to god they have the right person on remand.

Yes, Nat Fraser is serving a life sentence in a Scottish prison for the murder of his wife, with no body.  His conviction was overturned and rightly so in my opinion as there was no evidence against him but yet the crown pushed for a retrial, and he was convicted again for his wifes murder, and still no body.

Another one was Adrian Prout.  He was found guilty of murdering his wife, there was also no body.  He was convicted on very little evidence which I believe was all circumstantial but protested his innocence to anyone who would listen.  He had loads of support.  He was encouraged by his partner to take a lie detector test and failed.  Due to failing the test he revealed to the police where the remains of his wife would be found, which, if Im honest, is something I give him credit for.

Hi oncesaid  I think Nat Fraser was refused another trial by the Scottish Judicial so he went to the Supreme Court in London who granted him a re trial this really peed the Scottish Judicial System Off that England were interfering.  He had his retrial found guilty back to jail.  He is going to challenge it again probably fight on till he is released.  General feeling in the area is he is guilty.

Yes they can convict.

A most famous case is that of the murder of actress Gay Gibson. She was on a ship and she disappeared without trace.  One of the workers on the ship James Camb was accused and tried at Worcester and was sentenced to death in 1948.

During the trial the CPS argued that fluid found on the bed resulted with her being strangled by Camb, he then pushed her through the port hole of her bedroom on board the ship.

He was sentenced to death, but then it was reduced to life in prison.  He served 11 years and was released. He then assaulted a woman and returned to prison for life.

Reason I know this is because I have read the book by Nigel Morland a leading criminologist of his time...

im rather buy this van that changed into a car then changed from silver to blue.

i mean i know the witness were only children but i don't think they would get that wrong.

its was silver oh no come to think of it it was blue.

It may be that under artificial light the vehicle wouldn't look the same as it did in  daylight.

Okay, I hope they do have the evidence though, for all concerned. I read an article earlier that suggested the police said that they may never be able to find her.  :(
