Mike deciding to shut down the forum

Haven't got a clue.  Personally I think if a different set up came about it might serve to freshen everything up.  New forum software etc.  I think a lot of lessons have been learned or at least they should have been learned.  Maybe those learned lessons can incorporated in any new set up.

I hope so Roch, I also wish Mike the best of luck in however he plans to continue his fight for Jeremy's freedom, we all know he is a tenacious and loyal friend to Jeremy.  Mike you are the best.

It would be tragic if this forum was to close down.  As always it is the miscarriage of justice victim and their families, as well as their supporters that are the ones who will lose out, due to the trolls.  This is what they do.  Go from one moj forum to the next, causing disruption and playing one member off against another until no one can trust anyone. 

If this was a craft forum or gardening forum it wouldn't matter as forums like that would recover as little damage would be done by the trolls  but due to this forum and others being involved in miscarriages of justice the damage is so great.

I was told a long time ago that there is people who are paid to cause this type of disruption within the miscarriage of justice world, divide and conquer being their aim.  The purpose being that if supporters and families are being kept busy with the trolls it is less time being spent on individual cases.  Also to get everyone arguing with each other so that individuals will retreat, as the less people involved in moj, the better.  Trolls also set people up with different scenarios hoping their target will fall for their plan, and before you know it the tabloids get a hold of it. 

We all know who is behind it all, with his numerous usernames and ip addresses.  He has tried with every moj forum on the internet.  He has done on this form exactly what he tried to do on others, the only difference being that on this forum he was tolerated much more for a longer period of time, under his many different usernames.

To moderate this forum would be a full time job with the amount of trolls and troublemakers on it, the moderators tried their best but it became unmanageable lately and I dont think anyone can be blamed for that.  It would be a very sad day if all the hard work on this site is destroyed due to John Lamberton and his hangers on. 

Mike whatever you decide to you, I just want to say that you are worth a thousand times more than John Lamberton.  I can't wait till the day he get his comeuppance. 

Whatever you decide, you deserve respect and credit for everything you have done on this forum.

What are you going on about now?  Where does it say 'Roch' on the information that was posted on facebook?  And what is wrong with the information posted? There is nothing sinister in it and nor does it refer to you.  What have I ever said about your husband?

What gave you the right to name me?  You had no right to do it.  And furthermore, regarding your complete lack of awarenes or remorse for what you did.. what does that say about you as an individual?  You will not find one person from either side of the fence on this forum who supports what you did.  Not one.

Yet from what I can see, there is absolutely no relevance?

I believe you are a very damaged person who has recently gravitated towards another very damaged person. The pair of you spread poison to others because you blame other people for all the damage that's been inflicted upon your selves at a previous time.

Well why don't we put it to the forum?  If anyone is reading this, maybe they would like to give an honest assessment of what they are seeing.  Then again, maybe not.  Because I suspect some people will feel intimidated by you. I can understand why they would be.

Again for the record Chakrabarti (it's okay when you refer to me by my last name) - if you post in the PUBLIC domain then you make that information PUBLIC!! I take it you know all of the 200 plus members of the group and are on speaking terms to them all? No didn't think so...

Not everyone is your enemy, some think you are right, but you do no favours to yoursellf. I am in the minority when I say I like Jackie, and the hard work she has put in, but you are not helping her cause. Sometimes it is better to stop being bitter, and accept you have friends who actually agree with you. I too think there has been a miscarige. but getting all stroppy will not resolve  the case.

I agree that Roch seems like a good bloke but stop short of passing judgement on Stephanie.  We are all here with an interest in MoJ's, I personally find it all quite intriguing. 
Steph is not here for the same reasons as us, she can't log off, shut the computer down and forget all about it.  She is living it 24/7.  I've not encountered one poster who thinks that Simon is guilty.  Now imagine living through that nightmare and try to understand why she may sometimes appear bitter, paranoid and a little abrasive.  None of us, I would guess, are fit to judge.  Fortunately I've not had a tongue lashing from Steph (yet!) but if I did, I hope that I would be understanding enough to see exactly where that anger was coming from and cut her some slack.

Hello Bridget,  what do you mean, she chose the life she leads?  In answer to your question, if I were that bothered about my identity being revealed, I wouldn't be on here.  I get the impression that Roch isn't too bothered either.
