Can I just mention, as someone from across the divide, that I have spoken to Grahame numerous times on the phone and have always found him polite and intelligent and actually quite capable of seeing both sides of the story. His treatment on the red forum was appalling, with things said about his family that were well beyond 'banter'.
The person above, simply doesn't fit the person who attacked Roch and NGB and my personal feeling is that someone has goaded him into taking the foolish steps he took and I can imagine him feeling a complete prat now for listening to them.
I cannot condone anything he's done over the past few days or even his tone with dealing with Mat, but I do believe him to be a good man, who's acted the fool.

I have to say that if mike had refused his plea to be a mod then none of us would ever have known what had happened and he should apologise for his part also.

I didn't know Graham very long but from what I did know, I have to agree with your comments. Well said!

Ian Manley is the person that is the domain holder, until feb 2013.

I seem to recall that there was a member called 'Admin' who set up some of the initial boards, like the wireless message board etc. Mike referred to him as Ian, there was also a letter from Jeremy to Mike asking him to close the forum down where Jeremy mentioned Ian.

The forum used to be registered to GDS, before Mike took it over towards the end of 2010.

Cheers. I cynically thought Mike was Admin & was thanking himself for saving his forum.

There are in fact three forum administrators.  Mike and I are the only ones who post.  The third is the technical administrator.

Thank you. I hope that if it was you (as admin) that saved the forum, that you were thanked for doing so directly.

Mike has been very good about the situation.  He is the one who deserves credit for keeping the forum going.  I am happy to help when I can.
