Hall.  It has already been explained.  I was the mod on duty.  I removed the photo.  I subsequently did not inform ngb that I had agreed to mat's request for the IP number of the poster who put the photo up.  So how would ngb have known that Mat got the IP number from me?  It was only after I actually did inform him, that he realised mat had not been involved.  I told you... it's not difficult.
