Mike deciding to shut down the forum

This is entirlely up to you Mike. You are the owner of this site. I thank you for all the information you have shared with us.
If you do shut the site down I suppose those that are still interested will go to the official site.
It is a shame you feel this way, but it really could have been avoided.

don't let anti-bambers get to the mods and the mods turn on each other!!

I think the site is owned by someone else, it isn't registered to a Mike Tesco.

The forum is a resource for research.  I was really looking forward to knuckling down to some research as a normal member.  If the forum has to be shut down, I do hope that Mike finds some way to preserve the resource, i.e. the statements, documents, photographs etc.

If you are referring to our counterparts from over the way, they never got to the mods.

I personally think that Grahame has allowed him self to be manipulated by one or two people.  But Mike could be closing the forum for any number of reasons, not necessarily related to mods.

I think Mike misjudged the mood of the forum, and some of his decisions have been questionable..
It is not to late to recover this, but Mike needs to explain his motives.
I do admire his tenacity, and he has been very helpful to me in the past. The fact is he has F***** this time, and I think back pedalling is required..
We all make wrong choices in life, and have to live with them, but sometimes we can right the wrong,
This is such a case.
