I would be sure that you are equally concerned about the police witholding vital evidence as well?

That goes without saying.
But if we assume the police are withholding vital evidence then in doing so JB remains in jail
MT withholding vital evidence has ensured JB remained in jail for the past 9 + years.
I'm think I'm correct in my belief the police don't want him out but mike does.
Therefore as the police don't want him out they will do everything in their power to ensure evidence does not come to light.
Mike,a champion to the cause, wants JB out,and has stated he will do everything in his power to ensure he will be released. I'd of thought,as many others do,mike needs to produce the photo he has, showing SC on the bed, with the single wound, the fatal shot yet to be administered.

I'll tell you this Neil.
I don't believe the existance of the photo or the itemissed bills
People bang on they exist but there's no proof.
You can't hang on to the hope that someone's going to get a conscience
I just wish people would admit if they made an error of judgement shall we say.

But Mike,

If you were in possession of such a photo, it would have been placed in the hands of one of the defence teams, from GDS onwards.  The fact that it hasn't surely must mean such a photo (should it exist) is simply not in your possession in any form.  No disrespect Mike... but these other forum members will relentlessly hound you now anyway re this pic.

As you've previously maintained mike?
On bed, only one wound, proof that SC was shot after the photo was taken?
If so,you lead Master,I'll follow.

It's perfectly understandable that you might doubt the photo's existence.  You obviously only have Mike's word that it exists.  That being the case, you have to decide if you trust Mike or not.  Personally, I find him utterly dedicated, extremely forensic and very very angry about Jeremy's unjust incarceration, he is a man on a mission!  Even if the photo doesn't exist, I think you have to trust that Mike knows what he's doing.  Of course, it would help tremendously if the other witness to the photo came forward!

Venezis describes what each of the victims were wearing in his report and doesn't mention any underwear.
....just cos I eat worms...

1. See above?Sorry,previous page  :P
2. It's a 50/50 chance
3. I honestly have no idea, but it may be documented as such in writing
4. Mike can link little snippets into a line of "evidence".
I seem to remember there were some knickers soaking in a bucket? 2+2= SC wasn't wearing knickers is an example of how I've concluded,(purely for demonstration purposes) how such a theory could be woven into the fabric of some truth.
