Neil,,,I think this is very much between Mike and Jeremy. For whatever reason/s,,,it's their own affair. I'm happy just to await the outcome,,,without seeing something which remains on a personal level,,,and which Jeremy may well object to the photo being shown on public property. It's his prerogative to preserve something like that which isn't for the WWW to ogle at. For this,,,I don't blame him,,as the internet is a cruel place.

I can understand Mike wanting to make his point by proving the photo exists,,but actually showing it is a different matter,,and one that Mike has probably appreciated the fact that " no can do ".

I only felt entitled to mention the Mike/Jeremy situation, because I recall Mike starting a thread where he expressed his dismay that Jeremy had cut him off.

Surely nobody, Mike and Jeremy included, would have considered posting the picture on here!
So why are Jeremy and Mike not getting their heads together and working out how best to reveal this photo?

Strange I keep asking for proof that photos of Sheila in compromising positions exist. But there is none. This still does not prevent those insisting they exist. Yet here they want to see the photo of Sheila on the bed with no underwear on yet people still want to see it. Strange minds some people have?

If you think I wish to see a picture of SC vagina you are very much mistaken.
Mike seems pretty able with a camera,I'm sure he's got photoshop or similar.
He could easily obscure anything that offends quite easily
But again,too easy....
I'm only interested in the neck showing only one wound,the fatal shot yet to be administered.
Don't you agree such a photo as described will aid JBs release and should be withheld by mike no longer?

The photo as you describe it, will not just aid his release, it would absolutely guarantee it!
I can now begin to understand how difficult it might be to release this photo, to ensure that it is used effectively.  I am surprised that Mike chose to even mention the photo.  It gives those who would like to see it kept concealed, an opportunity to 'do something about it'.  If I read that Mike has met with a nasty end, having fallen off a ladder, I will be most suspicious!

Mike may know what he's doing but he doesn't know what the defence are doing. If such a photo exists the proper people to decide when and how it's used should be JB and Simon McKay. Since SMcK doesn't exactly seem backwards at coming forwards I can only assume that he doesn't believe in the photos existance either, otherwise he would have either got a court order against Mike to obtain it, or driven over there and dangled Mike by his ankles until he gave it up.

Let's face it,it won't be the only piece of evidence that is no longer available in its original form. This should not prevent it from being presented so the authenticity can be verified or not.

Establishing who stage managed Sheila's body on the bedroom floor is important and once it has been acknowledged and proven, it renders the convictions unsafe...

This is what Jeremy's defence should be working on, as well as trying to prove the silencer was not fitted to the guns barrel at the time bullet PV/19 ended Sheila's life...

According to this journalists notes from the time of the murder/trial the body of Sheila was found on the bed, with the bible and rifle.  Misprint or what?

Yet Tony we all seem to agree that Sheila had no underwear on and this has never been denied by the antis. But who told us that she had no underwear on?
