Morning Grahame  yes who did say Sheila had no underwear on it must have come from the police or from the photo that Mike is talking about.

Mike told us. Yet we all seem to accept that he was right on that count. But where did he get that information?

Grahame  Mike must have got that information from either a photo of Sheila or an informant.

I believe he got the information first hand because he had seen such a photograph in Smith's office. That is the only logical way he could have known. Unless of course someone has a better explanation? And even documented proof that someone else wrote it in a statement?

It just doesn't sound like the sort of thing somebody would make up!

Good morning,Susan,,,continuing with this delicate subject.Would it not be feasible that she was minus her underwear since what she was originally wearing was soaking in a bucket of water due to " personal " circumstances.?

Morning Bridget  You are so cruel suggesting that poor Mike should be dangled from the ceiling by his ankles until he surrenders the photo :)  On a serious note Bridget maybe Simon MacKay has the photo I tend to believe what I am told I can,t see why Mike would make things up as the stuff he says he has got will have to be shown at sometime one would have thought.  I think the photo does exist ;)

Simon McKay does not have this photo.

Is Mr McKay keen to get his hands on this photo, or does he not believe in it's existence?

Morning lookout  yes it is my belief that Sheila did have a shower and put on a clean nightie and her undies were soaking in the bucket of water due to her "personal circumstances" as you so nicely put it.

Simon McKay is not aware of the existence of this photo.  I am sure that if it could be produced he would be very interested in it.  It could potentially open new grounds of appeal.

Yet Tony we all seem to agree that Sheila had no underwear on and this has never been denied by the antis. But who told us that she had no underwear on?
not me mate,i have never before this post, mentioned the absence or not of SC underwear. As a statement of personal fact,i have no idea if she was wearing them or not.

do you think mike is doing the correct thing in witholding the photo he has of SC on the bed, clearly showing only one bullet wound, the fatal shot yet to be administered, from s mkay & team?

Yes,,tonyb,,,Mike obviously has his reasons for " withholding " the photo,,,and it's entirely up to him when and if he deems it necessary to produce the said evidence. It takes great time and effort to get it right,,on this, what could be,,the last ditch bid in the attempt at releasing Jeremy.

what reason for witholding even the existance of the photo from the current defence team...
surely thats not going to aid the last bid...
