I would sadly like to add that I lost a great-grandson not 2 years ago at the age of 18. He was a twin. A happy soul who enjoyed his guitar collection plus his last visit to the Creamfields concert before the tragedy. There was no indication whatsoever that he was " suffering ". He had lots of friends and was liked by all who knew him.
I do know he was finding it difficult in securing employment and didn't like rejection after applying for any placement, but we'll never know what went on in his mind.
To say it shattered me is an understatement and I struggled for answers. His twin is okay, though it'll take a while for her to realise that he won't share their 21st birthday next year. She is a good artist and painted me a picture which I treasure, so I'm happy to provide her with all the materials that she needs in her college studies.
