Yeah the flag is upside down - don't think you can see in the picture but there is some writing on the front. It is a postcard - has been printed upside down I guess as the writing is the right way up.
Nothing wrong with having your shirt off, if you're in shape.

I've just looked at it, it's made by the royal mail. You can get writing them a strongly worded letter.
