Steve, I wonder if you noticed that in the last 10 minutes of the programme on Jane Andrews, a commebnt was made that when she was in the witness box she exhibited not ONE shred of concern for what she'd done. It was all about how it had impacted on her. This is a hallmark of personality disorder. It isn't something which she could think about/plan how to say. It was as natural to her as breathing and I feel perfectly convinced that those with personaliity disorders at at peace with their personalities. It's the rest of the world that is wrong.

I watched that programme too. What an odious character she is. Remorseless for killing that lovely man.
The same as that other thing,Andrews. Though she's now had her face altered. ( I could have done that for her ) Women again,,isn't it.? Vicious swines.!

Hello april

I watched the programme on Jane Andrews and was quite taken aback at the vicious way she killed him all he did was tell her the relationship was over.  It is amazing what a woman scorned will do :'( and I think they convince themselves they were the victim.

Steve does not seem to think clearly , anyone is capable of murder given a situation hopefully I will add something later to infuse debate.

Amazing that we now have potentially three authors launching books:

Mason Doyle - Title unknown

Andrew Hunter - Beyond Reasonable Doubt

Carol Ann Lee - Blood Guilt

Why now?  Is it a combination of the availability of information from the internet and growing support for JB as a result of this and general skepticism about wrongdoing/incompetence in public office due to all the recent scandals: mp's expenses, financial crisis, phone hacking, church sex abuse, Jimmy Savile, Hillsborough etc?

There's also a significant book out called " Bad Mother " by Isabelle ? ( forgotten ) but instead of the girl being disappointed about her birth family,,it's a boy whose life is changed.
There are similar rings to it after skimming the preface.

Hello N/N  think the book by Andrew Hunter was ongoing and was delayed due to his bad health.  Mason Doyle's I guess has been in the frame for years and Carol Ann Lee maybe thought it a good idea as she knows Jeremy has tremendous coverage on the internet and is very well known ;D

Hi susie, yes, Andrew Hunter had a stroke but good for him continuing his support for Jeremy.
I agree with NN its unusual to see a right wing tory supporting an MOJ.
Mason Doyle's book sounds so interesting and very different from the others that have been
written, seems a long wait til the spring.

Hi Susan/Maggie

I wonder if Andrew Hunter's background sort of lends itself somewhat to JB and his case:

Andrew Hunter's father was a squadron leader in the RAF.  AH studied theology at Durham and he taught at Harrow.  Lol am I making sense?  ;D. I tend to see connections others don't  :-\ :-\ :-\

JB and AH's both had fathers in RAF

AH attended private school so too JB.  AH subsequently taught in private school - Harrow

AH studied theology at Durham.  JB's case has themes of misguided religion running through it.

I have just finished The Strange Death of David Kelly by Norman Baker MP. The great thing about MP's is they know how much corruption is within 'the powers that be'!
