Hi Bridget, even a whole one, can't give concrete evidence that JB was inside that house shooting his relatives....Give me some examples of evidence.

I can give you plenty of evidence, with my 1/3 of a brain....Hic! lol

Windows
Silencer

being two of them......Oh and lets not forget the scratch makes under the mantle....who put them there?

 :) :) :)

With respect Ms P, neither of those things are evidence of anyone else having done it either. Both of them are evidence of Jeremy having done it, you just think it's weak or non existant evidence. I disagree  :P

My friend they might not be evidence, but you have to prove otherwise.

The windows for example is one for the defence....1-0

The silencer and its contents have weakened 2-0

Disagree all you want too, you wont win....hahahahahah

I really don't see how the windows are any sort of victory - the defence have already tried and failed on that score twice, so I reckon that's 2-0 to me.

I don't like the silencer evidence either, as you know - but at the moment it stands, so that's another goal my favour.

Sorry matey, you have a very steep hill to climb before you celebrate!

Whist you are making your way  back up that hill Bridget, the case will have been won....

Of course the windows are important, it is important to let a jury know there was no forensic evidence to support the theory that anyone gained entry or made an exit from any of those windows. That is a fact....and sorry, but you would lose that argument, for it is well documented not only by forensics, but by raid team  officers and PC's at the time....along with Ainsley and Jones....What you need to do is ask yourself how you are going to prove that this is not essential to a jury...for it is and you will clearly lose this battle....like you would lose the battle over the silencer....which leaves you hitch hiking for a lift. 2-0 to me..... ;D ;D ;D ;D :P

Why should the evidence be believed just because a court found so, anyone can make a mistake.

Hi Mertol, are you any better? I think people misunderstand all the time, we are human after all...It's in our nature to assume or speculate possibilities. The fact that there was photo's and someone said JB had tried to sell them, put him in bad taste....But, no photo's were sold, not ever been released....So to me it is hearsay.... :) :) :) :)
On the mend patti tank you by the weekend i should be on a can or 2 of calsberg but not at present,i take it members are aware jeremy entered the house the following monday after the murders .

I can only suggest you read Ground 3 of the appeal, it starts at paragraph 261.

My dear B....You can't keep using the appeal document that is 10 years old. Time has moved on since then...New evidence and new experts have been set in place...It is just a matter of time...Are we having a wager? Tell, you what I will buy you lunch if you lose. I can't be no fairer than that.... :) :) :) :)

Glad you are on the mend Mertol...I felt a bit off sorts last night, but read a fascinating story about the the kidnapping of baby Charles Lindberg. I was amazed at the forensics done on the ladder....Sad about the baby though... :) :) :)

Hi Mertol,,,yes,it was known he entered the house, but he himself wasn't aware that he was being watched. Why would he be.? Because he knew he hadn't done anything.
Was this the time when he was looking for papers before he travelled to France.? He also left a note for the housekeeper before he left the house, explaining that he'd been there and what for.
Not exactly the ideal cat burglar, leaving notes behind him.
