No she aint, because there is no window at the corner of white / red, the only window at corner of white red is the main bedroom window...

Yes she is, and she didn't say anything about a corner...

The other thing which don't quite sound right, is where Jeapes refers to APS Moule being about 12 yards behind her, to her right and covering white green side of the premises? I mean, how can APS Moule be to her r4ight covering white green side and be behind her if she was covering white / red side at the time she saw the rifle at the bedroom window?

So, how was she covering white red side? Did she have a neck like a giraffe and was she able to extend her neck all the way across the building to see along red side, whilst she was actually on white side?

This is / was the rifle she saw at the main bedroom window:-

Sorry, but as I read it, it's the box room...She describes the kitchen light on ground floor they the grey clad brick she see a gun at the window.

She is at the left hand side of the farm house with the barn behind her....so she can't be a the front of the house....can she?  :)

Her position was near the corner, she did not say the window was at the corner.

I agree, that part makes no sense to me either.

Her position was near the corner, she did not say the window was at the corner.

The grey clad stoned part of the building was the main bedroom, with its window visible from the corner of white/red, with its curtains open, and the room back lit from the landing light through the open bedroom door (from earlier). The main bedroom window itself is not at the corner of white /red, and neither is the box room on the opposite side of the house (white side). She could not be where you are saying because if she was she could not be able to cover white / red sides of the house at the same time...

The part of the building where the box room is is the same as the front.

She could not have been covering white / red side at the same time, if she was on white side of the house, observing a rifle leaning up against that window. Furthermore, APS Moule could not be behind her to her right covering the white / green side of the house, which she describes as the left hand side of the farm facing the barns, if she was stood on white side of the house, rather than at the corner of white / red side of the house which afforded her a view of the main bedroom window, not the box room window?

I believe that not only was WPC Jeapes stood at the corner of white red observing the rifle leaning up against the main bedroom window, but that she was stood sideways on so that somewhere over her right shoulder was stood or located APS Moule who was covering white / green - there is no other way to make the facts fit into what she describes in her statement...

Not only that, but what WPC Julia Jeapes describes is clearly a rifle, not a shotgun, and because she was / is a trained firearms instructor I should think she was able to distinguish the fact that either the weapon in question leaning against the window was a shotgun, or a rifle - now which is it?

If it was in fact a rifle (as she undoubtedly describes it to be) how come we have not heard anything at all about this other mysterious rifle, situated close to the doorway that led in the direction of the children's  bedroom, if as you are suggesting it was leaning against the box room window? What kind of a weapon was it that was leaning up against the window, a shotgun, or a rifle? Why would Jeapes describe it as a rifle, if it had been a shotgun? If the window in question was the box room, what happened to this other rifle? Since, we are told there were only two rifles found at the scene, (1) the family owned .22 semi-automatic rifle, and (2) a .22 air rifle found at the bottom of the spiral stairs which led from the kitchen to the upstairs landing?

If there was another rifle which the police are not telling us about, to whom do you think it belonged to, and what happened to it?

A rifle, or a shotgun?

It's a simple request, I am not asking for much, now the way I see it, is that the rifle to which WPC Jeapes is referring to, was the family owned .22 semi-automatic rifle leaning against the bedroom window, or there was and must have been another rifle found at the scene which as you are suggesting was leaning up against the box window, which for some reason Essex police, and the DPP's office, do not want Bamber or those representing his interests to know about, or find out about, but we have found out about it, if the rifle in question was leaning up against the box room window, as opposed to the main bedroom window?

I am more than happy to go either way, for the purpose of trying to expose the cover up regarding the use of weapons to shoot and kill these poor victims...

She was positioned near to white / red corner from where she could see both white and red sides. The box room is on white side, in a part of the building which is also grey brick, just as she described. It's impossible to tell where Moule was from her description, but I imagine he was somewhere to the west of her.

None of the statements describe the light in the box room as being on, and light from the landing can't get in that room. I don't see how she could have seen a gun, let alone identify it as a rifle.

Lets put our cards on the table at this juncture...

A rifle leaning up against the main bedroom window, favors Bamber being innocent since he could not have shot and killed his sister in the bedroom and stage managed her body on the bedroom floor, for all the reasons previously advanced...

Then we have the other proposition, about the possibility that there was another rifle (as yet unidentified) leaning up0 against the box room window, which for one reason or another Essex police did not want anyone to find out about, or know about? Who else could have owned such a rifle, and why was it there, at such a strategic location and position?
