OFFICIAL - CCRC DECISION - REFERRAL DENIED

It was the decision that I expected.
The submissions that were put to the CCRC (if you read between the lines (were pretty much allegations of corruption toward EP and JB's relatives.CCRC have probably been told under no circumstances to refer the case to the court of appeal.

Aside from that,the government probably didnt want JB's case overshadowing the Olympics and The Queens Jubilee!

I think that SM should take EP to court to gain all the files from the original investigation.

I was thinking the same thing Tyler. By doing that it would force the police to declare every file they hold on the JB case. That way there may be a way into the appeal court through the back door so to speak?

I did warn you all the weekend of today's outcome Guys.
Bamber has had  good Lawyer now and with the same result.
I'm sorry Jackie that you have egg all over your face again, you don't see all the evidence in this case that points to his Guilt.
I know many of you won't change your mind or get on with your lives.
You must ask each other though, why do all the different judges after reviewing all the evidence STILL come to the same conclusion.

But at least the right man will spend the rest of his life behind bars, I cant see any way out for Jeremy now.
