I'm sorry, I type CRCC as a kind of inside joke to anyone from the CCRC that reads these boards.
I make Jackie right

I figured it was some form of in-joke between you and others. Can you elaborate for those that don't get it or would you prefer not to? I don't mind of not, I'm just curious.  :)

I was not aware they were able to speak English let alone read it, this is something altogether new.

That was not me then.

And I won't name the members/mods who hae told me what you're like. But I will say to them, I'd appreciate you speaking out loud now and here please so that she knows.

Mat,

I have not pm'd you regarding Jackie. I am, however, notifying you that it is bad form to post on the public forum the contents of private discussions you allege that you have had with mods or members. The issue is one of integrity and trust.

That time would have been sufficient had Jeremy had Simon McKay been acting earlier than his appointment late in 2011.
That doesn't seem to be a typing error, just slightly garbled English.

Yeah I am legally qualified . . .
Okay, but you don't seem to me to be a barrister or solicitor. Are you currently a solicitor?

Also, can you briefly state what (apart from the telephone) suggests to you that JB killed his family, and whether your conclusions are based mainly on what you have been told by others who believe that he did? What would it take to change your mind? For example, if the pathologist who examined Sheila's body decided to state now that Sheila must have died at least several hours later than the time when JB called the police, would that cause you to change your conclusions?

My thoughts precisely. Mat does not seem like any sort of legal professional to me either.

The cool logic of Reader strikes again. Good to see you, Reader - and good questions.

Hi Mat - What are your thoughts on Julie Mugford, the family's 'discovery' of the silencer and the 'accidental' death of Taff Jones?  :)

The 'hate' comment was direct at G, he used the word hate. Sorry for the confusion.

The family discovery of the silencer.
Something isn't quite right here - but I'm not sure what. Jeremy and his legal temas try to confuse people when it comes to certain dates and hope people get lost in the information. But then some of the police paperwork from this time is just as confusing. It would take me a long period of time reading it all again to dare say either way what I think of this.

Julie Mugford.
She's pivotal. I'm DESPERATE to speak with her, but she just won't have it. I know people who would pay good money (and have offered) but she declines each and every time.

Taff's death.
It was an accident. I'm constantly sickened that people try and make out it was anything less than an accident - it is something I do not discuss.

No. I gave up on that many moons ago. I grew tired of seeing people charged/convicted and then just recieve a slap on the wrists and let out to reoffend.
I currently concentrate on keeping those behind bars where they belong no matter how many years has passed and how they try and skew views.

I checked with an admin before I said anything and was assured it was okay because there are no rules against it.

Mat was referring to my post. Unfortunately many don't use the word but instead show it in their behaviour. I used the word to show my utter contempt for these unjust people who are supposed to judge all thing fairly. But so many cases are considered by them each year but very few are actually referred.
