jackie, there is no evidence that 'Mat' is connected to the unsavioury character behind the tweets you have copied.  So he gets the benefit of the doubt.  Please let's call an end to this and get back to the case.

I'm a bit fed up of all this arguing. It's putting people off. I will refrain from posting until it stops..:)

Yeah, those tweets have nothing to do with me or anyone I know. I didn't know anything about any CRCC submissions until 25th/04/2012 when I first saw them, very late in the AM and heard that a decision was in fact going to be given on the 26th although most people already knew what to expect.

I was one of the people who PM'd Mat. This ID may be new and shiney but I've been reading here for quite a long time. I'm interested in what he has to say.

I suppose I'll get sent to the naughty step (foyer) now.

Thankyou, Bridget. I appreciate one of the people that PM'd me standing up and saying so.
I just hope we're not accused of being the same person now but if we are an admin will quickly be able to say we're not. Thank you again.

Neil  nice to meet a perfect gent.  Jeremy often when in and out of the farm through windows, kitchen lounge downstairs toilet he probably found it quicker than having to go and get keys he explained how he could life the latch with metal file or something like then when he came out the latch just dropped down hey presto windows locked again.  I would not have thought he would have explained all this had he committed the murders.  I have just read today a key for the backdoor was always left somewhere outside the door so what can you say confusing.
Hello Susan,  I'm not sure that my wife would agree with  the 'perfect gent' bit, but I'll take any compliment I can get, Thank you.  You are quite delightful.  Yes I saw the bit about the backdoor key too.  I will have to try and find a little more on this.

I don't know who he is. There are so many cloak and dagger folk on this forum all claiming to have "special powers" that I've just learned to take it in my stride and let anyone be what they want to be, even if it is something akin to Bat Man.

Ah, Batman! Now there's a troll who has not yet visited us..but...give it time..

I read everything that I was given. This must include the SM material, surely. I don't see why it wouldn't. Wasn't it Simon who's experts wrote about the silencer/burns? Because if so I read that information as stated so his material must have been included in the documents that I saw highlighted.

I know what the expert said because this was part of the yellow highlighting - I just don't remember the name of said expert. I never had a copy of the CRCC submissions to ready myself - I saw someone elses highlighted documents and the hand notes that had been made on the side.

4 - No, not as ABC as that.

You don't work for McKay law or freelance for them which is how I knew/ came to the conclusion you weren't invovled in the case high up.
Mat, I'm not questioning your spelling as such and as I have already stated I do not know who you are but I am finding this discussion interesting, however, I would like to know why you consistently refer to it as the CRCC? These are not quotes, you are typing this and I just wondered if there is a reason or it is simply an oversight?

And in your defence, the person who tweeted did write CCRC and not what you have been typing i.e CRCC

Mat  I know nothing about Jackie only she seems to be well informed and I read her posts and learn from them.  I really don,t know why your posts were deleted must have been something in that broke the forum rules.  They have to be very careful.
Well I'm glad I don't have to make those decisions any more having demoted myself to ordinary member. I found such decisions very difficult as I would get it in the neck from both sides saying I was unfair. I do have confidence in the new mods though, knowing that none of them doing anything in a light manner. They are doing their level best to be fair I can assure you as I did when I was admin.

I'm sorry, I type CRCC as a kind of inside joke to anyone from the CCRC that reads these boards.
